At about 2am, we both had Bed bug bites all our body, upon report to the reception and till date none has got back to us to apologize or to give us the feedback of the issue as promised. We were given a business card of the hotel manager and were asked to see him upon check-out. He was there in his office but didnt bother himself to come out and show some customer service. He repeatedly sent people who were unaware of the situation and we had to repeat. Overall, unprofessional people- The last person Mohammed front desk manager said us he will report our inconvenience to GM and keep us in the loop. Again till date no email has been issued. I was also asked by night shift manager to not report this online, when I asked why shouldnt I-he had no answer. This was unprofessional yet again. Pictures are attached are the proof and sadly we had to kill 5-7 bed bugs all in one room and other rooms bed sheets were dirty. But we had to rest after long flight.

Went to The Locker Room bar and have to say its a dive, only offer Fosters on happy hour and wont honour Entertainer vouchers on beers because apparently hops are not beers???? Staff are indifferent too. Avoid as plenty of better places locally

The room was clean but generally speaking, service was bad. I had some bad situations with them and I talked to the manager who did nothing. I dont recommend staying there.

Probably the worst hotel to ever go to. The booking was made by the phone through a friend and a specific price was given. We arrive to the hotel and first of all it doesnt look like the pictures. The reception is the size of a dining room. The bags were left outside on the pavement until someone came and picked them up. We asked to look at the rooms as the reception didnt look too great. The corridors stank and the rooms were below average. We decided to stay regardless because we didnt want to waste time finding another hotel. However, they claim that the price were were told doesnt include tax so they asked for extra money and they payment had to be done before the end of the stay. We had second thoughts and decided to cancel the booking. When we were not able to find another hotel as it was very last min and we are a family of 7 we decided to stay. Five minutes later we go to speak to the manager who was very rude and unproffisional he leaves us waiting in reception for 20mins then he sends of the people that work for him to come and tell us that the rooms were booked by someone else!! In the space of five mins!! So we obviously decided to leave we asked for a taxi they refused to offer any and asked us to go get one from outside which was disgusting considering the fact that there was 7 of us with many luggage. So we just went to the hotel next door which was more expensive but great.

everthing was OK nere to perfect but I didnt appreciated the lack of WIFI. The wifi in this hotel is really bad and even if you somehow connect to the main WiFi its slow , very slow. Its not just me ,my friends also said the same , anyway there is an option to pay for better WiFi yet that one also sucks. So it had me in the corner with my phone trying to catch internet connection from different hotel , i am very disappointed in this matter. Location is good , its clean and nice.

Very conveniently located... Extremely close to MOE and the metro station (Sharaf DG) and its incredibly easy to find taxis in Al Barsha too. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was ace and very comfortable. Will happily stay there the next time I visit too!

Cockroaches in the dropdown cielings. False fire alarms. Non existent amenities like the washer dryer and mixrowave. The freezer section of the fridge did not work and was looked at 4 times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Only bright spot is the cafe.

Hallo Leute, bitte aufpassen, da der Geschäftsführer und Empfang Personal Betrüger sind, Sie kassieren doppelt bei einchecken kassieren Sie das preis für das Zimmer und geben keine Quittung raus, bei Auschecken nächste tag habe nochmal bezahlt, da Sie nach Quittung verlangt haben. Reklamation hilft, da der Geschäftsführer selber Betrüger ist.
