Well, Im staying in the permanent resident building. Everything is great except the housekeeping, they will just come twice a week for full housekeeping and its only changing the blanket without even looking to the floor. I had spilled coffee onto the floor and it was there for while till I cleaned it myself. Internet is limited to only two devices, and some times its kinda slow. However the hotel overall is good so far.

Be aware! booked through travel supermarket and thought we will have peaceful few nights stay. Checked at the hotel by 2pm and showed them our online booking but was told that we will have to pay extra 50%. They later agreed to allow us in when showed the booking receipt. Although we booked a triple room they said they dont have any tripple room. Wheb checking out, the hotel reception staff Mr Karen and Mr Ahem asked us to pay an extra 250 Dirham for misuse of a bathrobe. We were threshed that if we dont pay that we wont be allowed to leave although we explained that we would miss the flight. I asked them to explain what they meant by misuse and it appeared that my so had spilled some coke on the bathrobe and as a result we had to pay 250 dirham. I wanted to lodge a formal complaint but they said there is no one here to listen to our grievances. We were ripped off by the hotel staffs be aware before booking.

Ghaya Grand Hotel is actually 5 star hotel - there is a high level service, great food and clean rooms. It seems there is far away from Dubai centre (its about 16 km), but hotel suggests free transfer to the JBR and some Malls

Okay hotel although not worth 5 stars, Quite chaotic organized, at reception/lobby as well as in the restaurants. Also located a bit far away from the city. Hotel has shuttle services but we faced a couple of times that no places were left so best use taxis or Uber. Next time I would rather spend 200 dirham more per night to be closer to where it really happens.

i was staying at this hotel as a long term tenant, i have lived in most countries in hotel apartment but this was by far a experience i regret, while staying in the hotel had a number of issues so please be careful if your thinking of staying here, a few of the issues i had are 1. i was locked out of my hotel apartment on over 7 occasions in 3 months yet nothing was done to resolve this after multiple complaint. 2. the cleaning staff threw my wifes hair dryer, straighter and hair curlers in the bin. 3. the WIFI signal is so poor that you cant even watch a short clip on YouTube. 4. rooms are never cleaned as should be. i can go on for ages but you can see some of the issues we faced, i spoke to 5 different managers, i think over 50 calls to reception and nothing was done. now i have left the hotel due to theses issues they want a 2 month penalty. there are a lot of hotels in Dubai please consider very carefully before you look at this one as they will promise you the world and you will see your self in a gravel pit.

I used to live on the perminant side of the hotel and it was not a pleasant time my car in the parking garage downstairs was dripped on with acid twice and I had to pay it myself because the hotel refused to pay it the rooms arent bad but they could be better I also cant stand the fire alarm going off every second day when I was there.

بشكل عام ممتاز عيبه الوحيد البعد عن مركز المدينة.. الخدمة كانت ممتازة الا انني حاولت الاتصال بمكتب الاستقبال بعض المرات على مدى 8 ايام ولم يجب علي الا مرة واحدة فقط... ولكن كنت دائما أجد من يساعدني... المياه في فصل الصيف حارة جداً عند الاستحمام على الرغم من استخدامي للمياه الباردة باللون الأزرق يبدو أن مواصير المياه غير معزولة عن الشمس. موظفي تنظيف الغرف كانوا متعاونين جداً. الفطور الصباحي كان أشبه بالروتين يتم تغير الأصناف يوم عن يوم ولكن التغير كان محصور بين 4 أصناف تقريبا والباقي مثل ماهو عليه. الفطور داخل الغرفة غير موجود خلاف ماتم ذكره في بوكنج يتوجب عليك النهوض صباحاً والتوجه إلى الطابق P لتجد طريقك إلى المطعم. خدمة صف السيارات ممتازة... فقط اتصل بمكتب علاقات النزلاء واطلب منهم تجهيز السيارة. غسيل السيارة بمبلغ إضافي * تسجيل خروج متأخر عند الساعه 2 PM هدوء خرافي أحببت الإقامة في هذا الفندق وأنصح فيه مع توجيه الملاحظات أعلاه إلى ادارة الفندق. ***الرجاء من جميع النزلاء متابعة ما ذكرته أعلاه وذكرها في حال وجودها أيضاً مستقبلا حتى تعم الفائدة. **مدة الإقامة 7 ايام اللهم صلي وسلم على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.

Las instalaciones me parece que están muy bien, la cama es cómoda y la habitación amplia. Todo muy limpio, y el trato del personal es inmejorable, especialmente el de la chica de recepción y el chico de la piscina, que me ha encendido el jacuzzi para mi, me ha preparado la sauna y la sala de vapor. Se llama Chinna! Muy agradables los dos. Muchas gracias. Le doy 4 porque está bastante apartado, y para mi sorpresa no sirven alcohol! No pasa nada, pero me apetecía una copa de vino blanco con mi cena de shushi y no agua!

Jai sincèrement adoré cet hôtel. Le personnel de service était géniale, dune gentillesse extrême. Il nous ont apporté un gâteau pour mon anniversaire et un gâteau pour notre départ. Sans parler de leur soirée à thème au restaurant "Fusion". Toutefois le point négatif est lemplacement mais comme nous fonctionnons en uber cela nétait pas dérangeant . Un spécial merci au sous chef Ashly Janson. On reviendra !! I sincerely loved this hotel. The service staff was great, n kind. He brought us a cake for my birthday and a cake for our departure. Not to mention their themed evening at the restaurant "Fusion". However the negative is the location but as we operate in uber it was not disturbing. A special thank you to sous-chef Ashly Janson. We will return !!

Отличный отель. Ехали, зная о его расположении. Брали авто на прокат, поэтому проблем добраться не было. Наоборот, близко до всего. По объездным дорогам без пробок.Дейра не в счет. Рядом Сити центр с Карфуром и прочими магазинами. Завтраки вкусные. Все новое,чистое. Однозначно вернусь, если будет хорошая цена.
