Definitely had a marvelous time. The staff was top notch, friendly and courteous. Breakfast buffet was very good, could have been excellent with a addition of more fruits and hot meals. They should advertise more about their swimming pool and gym inside the hotel, should tell customers more about it. Lastly they definitely need another better good restaurant. Although Basil and Spice is a very good restaurant but they definitely another one to entertain more of their customers.

Floral Al Barsha hotel definitely exceeded our expectation. It was so new and everything clean and shining. Room spacious and comfortable. Staff members are all helpful and pleasant. Great location which is few min walk to the mall of Emirates, and through the mall you can easily reach the metro without being cooked outside. Sorry cant comment for the restaurants as it was ramadan period but the main restaurant was open throughout the day.

I stayed for a few days. The staff were great and the Emirates Mall and tram are walking distance. The breakfast selection was great and theres a hot egg station as well. The rooms are comfortable with a good size. Be prepared if you use their basement car park as its a tight fit especially for SUVs, however they offer a valet service.

Great Hotel but they do not have "Loyalty Programs for customers that stay there frequently." That is the one reason I would not pick this hotel again. If you are in Dubai for a few days, this place is great. But if you are a frequent traveler and are looking for a better rate than the rest, you will be disappointed.

it was more than i expected. I choose Flora for its near location to the Mall of emirates. We stayed two nights. The only downside was when i went down for the 24 hours restaurant (Basil) and they had an emergency pest control so i had to around for alternative location (it was late at night and most deliveries would have closed by then or they would take exceptionally long to deliver) any ways that was handled at that time. The staff is super nice. There was a problem at the check out as a trainee instead of working out my pre-authorized payment, had me pay again! any ways, it was just confusing but the payment was fixed as promised by the reception supervisor. Overall i had a good stay in Flora Albarsha the cleanliness and the attitude of the staff completed the fun package.

A wonderful place with a wonderful people. Excellent service, very clean, the food is perfect and the rooms are very comfortable. We had a late flight on our last day so we asked for late check out and they were ok without any charges. With one word I can only say excellent for everything!! Deserves 5 stars for sure !!! I will definitely come again !!

Our stay in this hotel was really great! People were always so pleasant, giving you every kind of information. Room was with king-size bed and duck pillola, every day so clean as I have never seen, everything during cleaness was put in the right place, even my shoes! From our window we could see the famous seven stars hotel "la Vela". The hotel is located so close to subway and so close to the Mull. We had the trip to Abu Dhabi with hotel people and it was so well organized. As we organized trip for small groups well come back to Dubai and for sure to Flora Al Barsha!

Nice, clean and modern rooms; very friendly and helpful staff; breakfast is of average quality; good rates! The only real let down was the in-house, 24h coffee shop. The waiter was alway playing w/ his cellphone instead of appropriately doing his job and he also charged us too much (he didnt grant us the discount which they have between 12am and 6am). Note: Currently (Dec 2016) there also is a construction site in front of the building. This makes accessing the hotel without getting your shoes dirty a bit tricky. However, as I assume that this is a temporary limitation, the construction is not negatively included in my 4 star rating.

+ فندق رائع ونظيف جداً ومتفانين في تلبية الخدمات بقدر المستطاع. + يقع الفندق على شارع الشيخ زايد مباشرة. + الفندق قريب من محطتي مترو (محطة شرف دي جي ومحطة مول الإمارات) والتي تبعد ٦٠٠م لمن يستطيع المشي ولا أنصح به إلا في حالات معينة ولا يغطي المترو كل المناطق. + مول الإمارات قريب من الفندق بحوالي ٦٠٠م يعني مشي ٧-١٠ دقائق لمن يستطيع المشي ولأن مواقف مول الإمارات ليس مجانية بالكامل. - افطارهم جيد ولكن يحتاج تحسين وللأسف الافطار في فنادق دبي يفتقر الى المطبخ العربي وذلك لسيطرة بعض الجاليات غير العربية على إدارة الفنادق.
