Hotel can be good and in same moment no good. Need look what you need, what you aspects, what priority you need. Good: hotel location, price, rooms size, some staffs. Bad, poor: room cleaning, bedlinen fresh/clean, staffs who cleaning rooms. I am with family stay many times there, because for me good location and when stay longer, can get discount. But I think, rooms very not clean. Some towels very old and look like not clear and feels no esthetic, no comfortable. In rooms old furniture and bed, pillows very dirty. Pillows covers in siting room no clean, with spots, dirty - it is very bed. Furniture, all staffs can be old, but must be clean.

Great hotel. The staff are friendly. The hotel also has free wifi for guests as well as an outdoor pool. The food in the restaurant is also amazing.

Fantastic value for long or short stay rentals. Super efficient staff ensures apartments are maintained and cleaned to a very high standard

Ideal stay for a week stay in Dubai. Rooms are equipped with stove and kitchenware. Personnel was very nice and helpful. I only regret they keep on asking you to fill in a trip advisor recommendation after asking you if you are happy about your stay. The surrounding of the hotel is still very much under constructions so do not expect a calm, cosy and peaceful environment outside. The pool is small and get easily crowdy. The gym is big enough and you can enjoy a great view over the city. Breakfast is decent with an omelette chef who listens to your needs. Conclusion: a very enjoyable stay.

Good location. Rooms were decent with stove top and mini fridge. They refilled our water bottles twice a day which was nice. The only issues was a slight smell in the hotel and 1 worker harassed me about having a room there but didnt attempt to ask anyone else. Even after I answered that I was a guest and showed him a room key he kept trying to get my room number then followed me. I told him I dont feel comfortable with giving him my room number and finally took him to the front desk.

I can only put three stars, as I only went to the bar and didnt stay at the hotel or eat at the restaurant. The bar was ok, with happy hours from 8pm to 10pm not on cocktails, not much more I can say.

The staff are so impolite and not helpful. They wont help you in checking in process and are not in a good and friendly manner. Rooms are dark with bad smell you have to pay extra money for everything,you will be charged more than you think. It is not recommended at all.

Un établissement très propre , le personnel est très avenant , disponible et professionnel. L’appartement est nettoyé chaque jour avec fourniture de bouteilles deau et de serviettes. Il ya beaucoup de places de parking , aucun problème si vous avez une voiture. Des navettes sont organisées par l’hôtel pour se rendre à la plage et dans des centre commerciaux. L’hôtel est situé à 10 min du Mall of émirates, 10 min en voiture de JUMEYRAH PALM , à moins de 15 min de Madinat JUMEYRA. une station METRO est à 400 mètre de létablissement, lautoroute ( qui mène au centre ville ) est à 500 m. Bref nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet établissement .

Personnel très avenant. Chambre bien aménagée avec petit service : eau et café inclus. Navettes gratuites pour aller a la plage et au mal. Métro a proximité. Cependant petites ameliorations a faire pour le service du petit déjeuner ou le personnel débarrasse les tables avant que lon ai fini pour éviter que lon traîne à table. Accès pour les piétons très compliqué ( trottoirs tous en chantier, voir pas de trottoirs du tout).

Вдале розташування. До метро 15хв. пішки. До найближчого пляжу від 40хв. Сніданки норм алеяк на мене занадто рано о 06:30-7:30. Прибирання номерів ок. Самі номери на 4. Невеличкий басейн і гарний спортзал на даху. Загалом все ок.

Полностью соответствует своей цене за номера. Место для активных туристов приезжающих в Дубаи увидеть город. Тем кто желает весь отдых просидеть в отеле, номера могут показаться слишком тёмными. Но тогда возникает вопрос зачем прилетать в ОАЭ и не выходить из отеля? В лобби есть Wi-Fi, завтраки вкусные и питательные. Желающие могут оплатить обед и ужин. Небольшой бассейн на крыше и спортзал бесплатные, работают с утра до вечера. Совет тем, кто едет в первые - не стойте в очереди утром на завтрак внизу, столовая на крыше предлагает обсолютно такое же меню.

لرائحة المجاري المزعجة في الشقق وفي المصاعد ولم اعرف السبب سالت المسؤل عن السبب قال شركة الصيانة تعمل على المجاري وكذالك الاثاث قديم والدور الذي سكنته29 اصوات الفلاتر لبركة السباحة تصدر اصوات مزعجة بالمعناء الصحيح غير مريح للسكن وكذلك رجال الخدمة الذين يقفون على الباب الخارجي واحد منهم لا يصلح للفندقة من الجنسية المصرية ستقباله لنا وحش بالمرة وشتكيته لدى مدير الاستقبال

این هتل از مراکز خرید بسیار دور است و فقط به امارت مال نزدیک است هتل خوبی نبود قدیمی با اتاق های بسیار کوچک و بوی بدی در اتاق ها بود بیشتر مسافرها آفریقایی و هندی بودن و به هر بهانه ای از نظر مالی ما رو شارژ کردن به هر حال تجربه خوبی نبود و به هیچ وجه یک هتل چهار ستاره نیست.
