High class service and quality. The sea food dinner buffet was one of a kind starting from sushi to jumpo shrimps grilled on spot. The gym equipments are modern and new. All staff are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet was less than what I expected yet it has a nice variety.

Lovely hotel with very helpful and polite staff. Left my wedding ring in bathroom and not noticed until on plane home. Thrilled to advise that cleaning staff handed it in to management and we arranged to have it couriered home and it is now safe on my finger.

Excellent place with a wonderful location. The staff at the reception is really kind and helpful especially Ms. Shiny Sharma. Absolutely loved the hospitality. The only problem I had was the internet. Its very slow and as most of my work is done online I wasnt really able to do anything.

Staff were helpful and nice, especially when someone tinted my car, they reviewed surveillance cameras and called the guy to fix it. They helped when we needed a hospital. Location is good when you want to visit Dubai downtown and Burj Khalifa. I did not like that almost all the fabric furniture have stains! and Laundry machine are bad located.

Going to and getting out of the hotel is very hard if you are driving. They damaged my passport with some spilled ink. The room 716 is facing a main street and meteor train, like living in the middle of the street. The furniture and carpet are old and damaged. The main bedroom have a glass door with the bathe room so I cannot sleep when the sun is out. The air-conditioning is bad and could not be fix. The bathroom have a brooking toilet seat and the shower keep osculating hot and cold water. The elevators need maintenance. The parking building have very narrow spaces. They charge for everything, even printing some papers. Everything else is average. Concussing: I had batter experience for less money.

Rarely does one come across Concierge staff like Shamim, Rasheed and Rajiv who are ever willing to help in any way. All queries of any sort were attended to. Even the porters were efficient and deserve mention. Housekeeping was very prompt and courteous and deserve full marks for all the help and requirements

Benjarong Restaurant: Ive only been hee for dessert but it was so good I thought to write a review for it. The Mango and Pandan Sticky Rice is fantastic. The sticky rice is full of delicious sweet pandan flavour. The mango is ripe, full of sweet rich golden goodness. I would recommend going there just for this dish alone! If the dessert is this good, I wonder how good the food is!

Nice place. Attended a training in the Mezzanine floor for two days. Lunch was in 24th floor. Everything was nice and neat. Friendly staff and easy to park on the spot. Prayer room available with decent space. Good refreshment section.

For a 5 star hotel, it lacks behind on what should be a stellar hospitality service. The hotel is quite dated despite their claim to having renovated in 2014. The rooms amenities were equipped with that of a 3 star hotel like a Holiday Inn - definitely not fit for a 5 star hotel. They charge for valet parking but have a free self parking in the rear. Rates do not include breakfast either. All in all Id give this place a miss and opt to stay at one of the many similarly priced hotels in the area unless youre happy with accepting less when paying more.

Although its one of the oldest on the strip, it remains one of the best. From its distinctive architectural design, its wonderful cuisine, the luxurious spa, all that is surpassed by the amazing service. For couples, try one of the packages. You wont regret it. Also offer complimentary shuttle to the mall.

I had a wonderful time with my family at Dusit. We spent 6 nights and staffs were really helpful and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was nice with several options to select from. The Thai food from the Thai restaurant was amazing. Overall, I cant complain about anything but say thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one.

Apart from 1 person who was extremely cooperative at the reception, Miss Soe every single person there was outright mean and inconsiderate. I had booked 9 rooms and after booking 9 rooms, one expects the management to treat us nicely and be a little considerate. Apart from the location of the place, nothing was upto the mark. From the rooms, amenities to the service, they need to really learn how to treat their in-house guests better. NOT recommended, please dont stay here unless you have to.

My stay was fine until I checked out. I absolutely hate my experience at Dusit Thani Dubai. Room Charge has been deducted twice and is showing in my account statement and no one is taking my issue seriously. I have paid for my stay right away as soon as I received the online e-payment link, but when I have proof of a duoble deduction of AED 1094.60, no one at Dusit Thani Dubai is showing an effort to repay me my money. I understand that there is a process to this but it has been a week since I reported it and nothing happened. This is such a disrespect and waste of my time!! I have even paid a visit to Dusit Thani 5 days after the incident but nothing happens and they told me to wait!!! Would the hotel wait for me to pay the money to stay at Dusit Thani? Of course not!!!! But when its the guests right to claim his money no one cares!!!! Also when I dont call to follow up no one calls me back. This disrespect is honestly out of the limit and God knows when Im gonna get my money back, but I would never EVER come back to this hotel and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone EVER in my life!!!!! Also on a side note, a reception employee or guest relations employee should not suck on a candy when speaking to a guest because this is absolutely RUDE and disrespectful. We have reported this incident to the duty manger Mr Sameh when were checking in.

- WiFi in my room was barely working. They changed my room but still the connection was poor in some parts of the room such as the bathroom. - Valet staff were very rude and most of the times not even present there. One guy posed as valet one day and took my car ticket and I had such a hard time getting my car back. The staff were so rude to me instead of apologizing for not being present there. - The bed was very comfortable. - Staff English was quite poor. - Central location, near Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall but not a walking distance. - Overall, didnt feel like a 5 star at all.

Loved the location. I was here for a family getaway with my two little munchkins. Everything was close to us. We didnt have to rent a car. Very close to the famous Dubai Mall. The view of burj khalifah was amazing. I can only imagine this room on new years night as the fireworks were lighting the sky. The staff were friendly. The price was good specially that it included the breakfast (900 AED/night).

Very friendly and helpful staff. Terrible Wi-fi though Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights at Dusit Thani Dubai and upgraded to a suite with 2 bedrooms with a sitting room. But Wi-fi was a disaster that never managed to connect more than 3 devices (family of 4 members) and the signal was inconsistent. I never had a stable Wi-fi to connect my PC to work. Really regret for upgrading probably better stay in 2 seperate rooms. Dont think I will consider stay again because wi-fi is extremely important for work as well as leisure.

Absolutely great service, the staff were wonderful and very welcoming. The decor is a bit dated, and the breakfast buffet wasnt excellent (it was good, but I had to return my omelette it was over salted), but the room service was excellent (very good club sandwich!). Would recommend the hotel.

Bad mood for the whole day, no money...It is awful place, I stayed there today with my friend in two-bedrooms appartment. I arrived into the hotel at 11 am, I checked-in and paid for the room for one night. After that I left the hotel for my business and my friend arrived when I was out, she got the key, came up to the room and in 30 min a carrier-man from Dubai Mall came up to the room with my friends purchase. It was delivery service. The man stayed in our room for 5-10 min, my friend just checked her purchase, paid to him and he left. While he was in the room a receptionist called to the room and told that it is necessary to meet guests in the lobby and all guests should show their ID to security and reception service. My friend understand English well but she speaks bad. She said OK and hold off the line. After that my friend said Good bye to the carrier and he left. In some minutes she got another call from reception, the voice was very rude and it was said to left the room for all guests immediately and it was threatened that security service will come up to the room now if any guests stay in the room. My friend just told that she is alone in the room. A receptionist hold off the line without saying sorry, good bye or hello. It is FIVE STARS HOTEL!!! I arrived around 2 pm, my friend told me about that situation and such attitude, we got down with my friend to the reception desk and I asked them to return money back and we told them about our wish to leave that hotel because the service and attitude was terrible but we did nothing for that, just pay for staying there. Only two hours left after I checked-in, but a receptionist cancelled to returned money, they told that our room is dirty after two hours and they are not going to return anything. I want to mention that 2 pm is the time for check-in in this hotel. The day we pay for staying does not even start, but they canceled to return money with shouting and bad words. Moreover they told us that they are going to make us leaving the hotel themselves because we have a guest in the room. We told them that it was delivery service, we did not know about their rules for guests, we will be glad to follow their rules if we know them and it is not a reason to behave in such a way. Finally we left the hotel without money (AED 1334) and only with bad mood. Please, be smart and do not stay there. Awful service and terrible attitude. It was even worse than Egypt. Nous avons profité de la partie appart hôtel. Malheureusement nous sommes tombés dans la partie fumeur. Le personnel nous a changé sans soucis de chambre. Demandez la vue sur la Burj Khalifa. Le petit déjeuner en haut de la tour est super. Et autre point positif il y a toute une série de restaurant où lon peut y aller à pied dans la quartier. Bref un bon choix
