Great location and representative of Marriotts high standard. Beautiful views of tube marina. Rooms are massive and service us helpful. Food was really good both in room service, cafe, and Observatory. Definitely recommend at least getting a drink in the Observatory as the views are amazing.

Marriott suites.. Our reservations for 2 bedrooms its big enough within a nice living room and food table with a balcony the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. Its has 4 bathrooms The first for master room with bath 2nd bathroom for the another bedroom And 2 bathrooms one of them with shower But all bathrooms are not modern. Location is excellent close to marina just a couple of steps. The swimming pool is big enough also there is swimming pool for kids. SPA i do not try but looks good. Breakfast.. Its good with little multi choices the presentation of food is good. The bar and restaurant on the 52 floor is very nice with nice views of marina.

Firstly the staff are just brilliant; very polite, very friendly and very helpful. The rooms; large would be an understatement. The bed was HUGE!! The suite was massive, very clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning is also more than adequate. If I am ever back in Dubai, I will be staying here again. 100%

Communication is very bad, i have been asking for a quotation now its been 3 days and no answer, i have tried emails,calls and even whatsApp but no response. I got an email from the front desk someone called Shantosh saying a sales manager will be in touch but so far nothing!!!

We were a family of 6 staying at the hotel, and it could not have felt more comfortable. The view was spectacular and there was quite professional and friendly treatment from both the housekeepers and receptionists. Any problems that we faced were dealt with, by the staff, immediately and fixed. The hospitality is also fantastic, we frequently travelled between different cities and everytime we came back the rooms were newly refurbished and water bottles were placed at each bed side. The rooms were spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel to any family looking for a pleasant stay. Im also looking forward to staying at this hotel soon again.

We love this hotel lived there for over a year and half a few years ago. Came back to Dubia stayed again for 40 days and when we walked in the staff and manager remembered us it was like coming back home. Great staff and great food and great rooms. Thank you staff for the warm welcome home.

They force you to five a phone number or they rudely send you out. This is unexpected and very rude for the Marriott. One of the best places, ruined. There is no privacy here and they just send so much advertising. Watch out for the smart casual dress code. Views are amazing, and the food is pretty good.

I had bookmarked this place for an occasion n got to visit it last week for my anniversary Whilst going through the reviews I was a bit hesitant about the food as everyone kept raving abt the view and not liking the food But for me it was the other way round We simply loved the food The halibut in particular was the star dish for me and the ribs were fall of the bone succulent I had the duck for appetizer and my husband had the scallops, both were divine in their own way, I loved the scallops more I had booked the place mentioning that its my anniversary and the management was cool enough to get us a small cake at the end of our meal - on the house, it was unexpected and really sweet Wud recommend this place for the food as well as the view — niketa

I have thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Nargiza at the reception was fantastic in welcoming me and making sure everything was smooth. Vivian and Nikhil in the restaurant did a fantastic job with the service. The housekeeping was impeccable. The welcome fruit basket was great. This is what a marriott should be. You guys are doing a great job.

I am writing specifically about the Observatory Restaurant on the 52nd floor. My initial email booking was with a request for a table with a view for a Friday Brunch, and the response was immediate via email confirmation. There was a follow up the week prior to the reservation with regards the booking, from the delightful Charity, Restaurant Manager I believe? She also called me direct to discuss a point or two. My partner and I dined a few evenings before our brunch, to check out the ambience, and Charity was on the door, recognising my name immediately. We were then looked after beautifully by all staff, for the whole evening. A great experience, and a lovely meal. The following Friday, I had visitors to Dubai, one of which was a teenage girl, a first time experience in Dubai. Again Charity ensured the best possible service, the best view for us, and our waiter was Eziz (?), who went out of his way to make sure our young guest was pampered, with mocktails throughout the afternoon. Too often one has average experiences, and people tend only to complain in reviews, I really wish to congratulate the Observatory staff, and we most definitely will be repeat guests. I would like to add, I am in the Hospitality Industry, so my comments are from someone who knows the business and service standards in this country. Well Done!!!!

OMG! This Marriott Hotel was THE BEST hotel I have ever stayed at before in terms of location, amenities,and service...second only to the Madinat Mina aSalam resort (too much $$$ for what you got). Albeit Infinity Tower was under construction next door, the Marriott made my stay so pleasurable and worthwhile, I could not think of being at another hotel, except maybe the Atlantis - Palm Jumeriah... that could get me to change. :) I ended up with a 3 bedroom / 3 bath / full kitchen and living room suite with views of Palm Jumeriah Island that was just out of this world... Definitely plan to return soon.
