This is one of the BEST hotels I tried &stayed in Dubai. Rooms are excellent I have been upgraded to premium & its more than excellent. Food.. they have a verity of restaurant you choose what ever you like. I prefer Sushi Pool its excellent & over. Hotel location is nerbay a lot of places.. market and other Staff were helpful and support. I recommend this hotel a lot

my friend stayed at this hotel I went to visit him at the lobby. I could only contact him from Whatsapp so i asked the front desk for WiFi he said there is no Wifi available unless if u have a room. I had to go to other hotels just so i can get connect to WiFi in this Dubai heat. Honestly just look the hotels around you all are advanced but this hotel still their service is like 15 years ago. I honestly wouldnt recommend as there MUCH more better hotels around this you will see by yourself. BTW the front desk guy old me , what kind of friend you have that you dont have his number ? I WAS shocked by this he was very personal and unprofessional. in Total, very bad experience i had.

Great rooms, amenities, facilities and staff. Stunning hotel, with excellent service. One fault. We had to put down a £500 holding deposit (no issue with this), but we were told it would take 2 days to return to the account. 10 days later we got our own money back, the excuse was an issue with their bank. As much as the hotel is beautiful, Id think twice about going back because of that issue.

Large rooms with views on sheik Zayed strong. Good gym with facilities and many machines a bit old but working well. Many restaurants with different specialties. Good steak house and an excellent Italian restaurant. I enjoyed staying there. Consequently to everything.

Old 5 star hotel in heart of Dubai business street (sheikh Zayed Road) Near World Trade Center and Exhibition hall and near Emirates Tower metro station. The oldest 5 star hotel in Dubai but still has elegance and presence, even if some parts of it are a little dated. Has a great selection of restaurants and a cosy English bar which can get a bit smoky although it also has a pleasant covered outdoor area (the Harvester - but dont worry it has no connection to the UK chain). Great location on Sheik Zayed Road half way between the World Trade Centre and Dubai Mall.

My Wife Lesley and I had a marvelous stay for 3 days in July 2014 ... at the Crowne Plaza ... so great that we missed our Flight to Munich and only through the kindness and extreme efficiency of John ... the Head Concierge ... we were able to fly out the next morning and continue our travels .. Our whole dealing with this fabulous Hotel were the high point of our visit to Dubai ... from Reception to the Shuttle Driver ... to the Security People outside ... we were made to feel special and were given the best treatment possible .... Highly recommended place to stay in Dubai

Spent 3 nights there in Sept. Was very impressed. Nice assortment of restaurants and pubs. Better than average cable service for Dubai. Nice staff. I booked on line and room was about $130 a night. A steal as far as Im concerned. Close to Burj Kalifa and other tourist attractions. I just wanted nice place to relax and wait of flight after 5 months in Afghanistan. The Crowne fit the bill perfectly. Only thing I would like to see is full shuttle service. That is norm for 5 star hotels. Cabs are plentiful and train system is right out front. Give it a try.

Bon hotel et très bon niveau de prestation. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Salle de bain pratique et fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, avec de nombreux choix. La salle de Gym est correct. Hotel bien placé par rapport au World Trade Center. Possibilité dy aller à pied en 15 / 20 minutes. Laccess au métro est également très proche. le Wifi est de très bonne qualité. Je recommande cet hotel pour toutes ces raisons.

والله حرام يكون 5 نجوم الغرفه الي سكنتها في الطابق 11 والغرفه سيئه لابعد حد والله ان في بعض الشقق في الديره والرقه ارقى منها وناهيك عن الريحه الي طالعه من الاثاث القديم المتهالك ومافي فرشات اسنان لازم تطلب لا يوجد افياش كهرباء قريبه للسرير اذا بتشحن جوالك، مدخل الفندق مزدحم لدرجة ماتعرف كيف راح تعدي وتدخل الفندق،، الموظفين يفتقرون الابتسامه للنزيل اللوبي اقل من عادي باختصار هج عنه واذا بتسكن فيه عشان الموقع انصحك بفندق جنبه اسمه ميلينيوم راقي وجديد ونظيف ورائحه جميله وسكن في طابق عالي لانه برج واحلى اطلاله على شارع الشيخ زايد مااقول الا حسافه على الفلوس الي دفعتها عليه
