A nights stay, at the courtesy of Emirates, due to 2 hours of flight technical delay. By the time I arrived in Dubai, my connecting flight to Malaysia has left and the next flight is next day, same time. After spending almost a whole night at the airport, I arrived in Copthorne Hotel. Huge reception area, bustling busy, large room facing the main road. Awesome. My three meals, also at the courtesy of the airline, in this hotel must be raved. Aplenty choices buffet meal, eat till you drop.

Very welcoming and friendly stuff from receptionist to room services , location is an advantage , comfortable bed, good swimming pool .. Thumbs up ! However it is an old hotel with some old furniture, noise from outside, not that clean, not a big range of food menu, big kitchenette but no cooking stove and there was only 1 single glass in the cupboard , I have been to other millennium hotels but this was the worst experience and Ian really disappointed of this one I wont come back.

My Copthrone hotel experience was wonderful, this hotel has the best location in Diara Dubai, its at the walking destination to the most amenites, the best hotels, shopping centers, there is beautiful Mosque just at the front of this hotel, just five minutes walk to metro station and the most important thing is that this hotel is next to the Diara Dubai city center mall, which is the most famous shopping mall in Dubai.

Pros :Near the airport. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is enough for me. Cons :the Wi-Fi is not free which is surprising. We arrived at 1:00 am in Dubaï the shuffle took so long to pick us up from the airport. Once arrived to the hotel there were a long queue at the check in. I dont Know how usual is this but for sure this was additional burden for us as we were already very tired.

Very clean and modern hotel. Nice swimming pool and sauna. Beautiful views from front and rear. Staff very good, and simply the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Excellent value for money and would definately stay again. Within walking distance of Die ra mall.

Good hotel for business stay. You can include breakfast and wifi to your package for an extra. Location is a walking distance from the Diera Metro station and the Diera City Center which is a very good shipping mall. The neighborhood also have 2 convenient stores. Hotel provides free parking. A swimming pool and a gym are also accessible just note that females have the morning 2 or 3 hours then the males have the rest of the day.

Great gym and pool facilities, The room was fantastic (actually two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open plan kitchen/ living room) We could even see the Burj Khalifa from the balcony!

I left my smartphone in my room last May 22 and checked out the following day and its just only 25mins-its gone. Very horrible experience. The cove Rotana - RAK, I left my sunglasses, they called me immediatel, but in this hotel, I lefy my hpone for 25mins it was been switched off. very disappointing.

This hotel is close to Dubai airport, so you dont have to drive long distances to reach you place of rest...I found it fairly comfortable and nice....I used the services of Sun Travels at this hotel for sight seeing and it was wonderful...I got full value for my money...The taxi drivers outside hotel swindle you out of your money, so dont look towards them for any service....I made good friends there too....

Average. Gym doesnt open until late and closes early so you cant really use it if you are working. Dry hotel so you have to go to Novatel hotel 10 mins walk if you want a beer.
