ALOK AGARWALThey talk about themselves as 4 star. I stayed for almost 25 days here. I found that the breakfast is very repetitive and not up to the standard. Some of my friends including me had to have breakfast outside the hotel. I ordered a pizza too and It was a disaster. Housekeeping is below standard. They would often forget to refill the items or items were not available with them. Sometimes hand towel will be missing and kind of stuff. The location is good but nothing else and is costly considering their services. Reception guys would misguide you about policies. Swimming pool is not working though they mention it in their services list. Free wifi is available with pathetic speed.

Alexiares LimThe rooms are not bad but the attitude of the front desk is a bit disappointing. They dont really follow up with my question regarding receipt of a "private taxi" that the concierge recommended to me and my colleague. They also didnt pick us up from airport even though we requested for it. The food in the hotel restaurant is acceptable but could have been better.

Vishnu SwaroopThe wifi was terrible - until I had to make a big complaint and numerous calls to the reception to get their attention and to get it corrected. In general, the staff are not helpful. There is no communication - at all. All they tell you is that they need your documents, your money and theyre done. No more talking. Nobody is forthcoming to help the guests. No hello, no welcome, no greeting - mute!! You will have to keep asking for everything. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. The swimming pool is ok but there are no signs or markings making it quite risky - the deep end is just down the slope - no markings whatsoever. But yes, the hotel is close to the airport and to Deira city centre. So thats a plus point in choosing this one. But will I stay again here? Just because of the peoples attitude here - No.

Alexandre KhatchadourianOn the map you see the location refers to the City Seasons Suites, not the Hotel. The hotel is on the other side of the park, approximately 700m away. Many members of the staff dont speak English and dont expect to have water pressure if you are on the 9th floor.

WalSuper hôtel. Les chambres propres mais il faut rénover un peu la salle deau. Petit déjeuner copieux mais venir avant 9h. La réception est réactive. Personnel très gentil.

يوسف صالحلانه موضفي الاستقبال بطين جدآ جدآ في تشيك الدخول مايقارب ٤٥ دقيقه وخدمات الغرف كذالك طلبت منهم ملعقه بالغرفه جلست اكثر من ٣٠ دقيه ولم يتو ذهبة للمطعم في الاستغبال واحضرتها . وخدمه الفاليه للسيارات استلمو سيارتي اول ماوصلت وعند رغبتي بالخروج اعطوني مفتاح السياره وابغوني انياخذها شخصيآ لعدم وجود موضفيه الخدمه. مع ذالك كلمت المسول الاستغبال بكل شي اول باول ولم اجد اهتمام بالشكوة الشفهيه. هذا هو السبب لاغير والله اعلم.
