I like this hotel, there is a korean restaurant and karaoke. But there were unpleasant happens. Whenever I visit this hotel and leave, I use valet parking. There is the person wearing hempen hood who is in charge of valet parking. He used to give me my car. When i didnt give him a tip for valet parking, he said to me by his own language in twisted face. It sounds like insulting me. This is making me feel very very unpleasant.

1. You need service guy to activate your room key more than one time, 2. The property maintenance is bad 3. they have a parking in the basement but they park my car out in the open 4. Room service is bad, dont order hot chocolate, and make sure the double espresso is double 5. Make sure to compare between the online booking and direct call booking

Good location in Tecom. The hotel is surrounded by lots of othe hotels which have a good selection of bars and clubs all within walking distance of this hotel. I found most of the staff very friendly but a few of the saff who were a bit unresponsive, not really acknowledging you when you needed help, so for example they have a small issue with the room card entry system, which meant that on random occasions when we (me and a colleague, in seperate rooms) returned to rooms our cards would not open the door. As you can imagine if you get back to your room late the last thing you want yo have to do is go back down to reception to get them to refresh the card. This seemed to happen to at least one of us everynight, and the staff didnt even really acknowledge it, no appology, no sorry for the inconvenience. In fact one night when it happened the guy on the desk didnt say a single word, he just stuck his hand out for the card. A little customer service training would not go amiss. Appart from this i did enjoy my stay, the room was always clean and had good facilities, the decor could use a refresh but nothing wrong with it.

- Poor customer service - Unfriendly staff at the reception - very slow and expensive internet, you can only use one device (cellphone or notebook, never both at the same time, if you want to change the device you have to request from reception desk for refresh the Internet) -dont come here with kids, music in nightclub on the top of the building is very loud , if you room is from 10th floor above your kids probably have problems to sleep - control of water temperature in the bath is a disaster. It takes you more time to set the temperature than actually taking the shower. The water is way too hot, so you can get your skin burned if you dont pay attention - no liquid soap in the bathroom, come on we are in 2015 ! - key card issues: youll have to insert room card several times until door opens or light turns off - safety: the safe in the room is not mounted to the wall by screws. Its just been put in the closet. Even whole Dubai is a very safe place, customers dont feel really well putting their documents and money in a safe that is not mounted to the wall - fitness center / wellness / pool/ spa: "Fitness Center" is more than a small corner than a center, but in total it is ok. Swimming pool is very small , its next to Shisha bar and restaurant , so people eating there or smoking Shisha can see you swimming, not very nice. Sauna is not really a sauna, its very small room with space for max. one person, and its not ready to use, so theyll have to turn it on minutes before ! In the whole picture Byblos could be a really nice hotel, if they did care, but apparently they dont. I gave them feedback last year but nothing changed during one year. I think its not a good deal.

not recommended unfriendly hotel staff and unhelpful, poor facilities. we booked a weekend trip in Byblos hotel to have a break from Abu Dhabi , on arriving in the hotel around 1.45pm, which was good timing as rooms are available from 2pm however after sitting in reception area till the checked the room eventually we were given the door pass at 2.50pm , we went to the room to freshen up to find all the hospitality boxes of normal toiletry stuff was merely just for decoration as they were all empty and just for show by the look of it, room was clean enough and plenty towels for us. So after getting freshened up i thought i would take a drink from the heavily advertised mini bar, only to find it completely empty. so now i will just use the wifi for guest in the hotel as i saw advertised prior to booking , ah wait a minute you have to pay 15aed per hour for internet i was told by reception which is the first time i have ever encountered that in a hotel. so we headed down to the hotel bar angry and agitated but found the staff in the bar very nice and helpful maybe the hotel staff should take a lesson from them.very glad to head back to abu dhabi at the end of my easter break, next time i will find a decent establishment to spend my time off in

Номера класс, кровати удобные, система охлаждения супер! Обслуживание хорошее, только не берите номер слишком высоко т.к. какой-то умник сделал ночной клуб на самом последнем этаже и музыка долбит слышно было мне на 7, жаль нет балконов, в целом хорошо, рядом несколько супермаркетов и за углом хорошая закусочная с нормальными ценами. До пляжа только такси, до тц тоже самое.

Отель грязный , персонал все время пытается обмануть . Накручивает цены . Пробили обед по полной стоимости , хотя тем кто там живёт должна быть скидка , на это извинились и сказали дадут бесплатные напитки . В итоге взяли за напитки деньги делая вид , что ничего подобного не говорили . К тому же В этот период акция с 15:00 до 19:00 напитки в пол стоимости. А они взяли полную стоимость , в 2 раза больше . В общем не советую . Что касается клуба тоже самое . Девушкам должны быть напитки бесплатно , а они брали с нас деньги .
