A fantastic 5 star hotel, within walkable distance to the Mall of Emirates. Recommended for tourists, some of the best city tours (especially by companies like Big Bus) start from the Mall of Emirates, which is a short walk. Staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. The roof top swimming pool is good, especially at night, as not many people use it at that time.

The hotel is okay, but nothing special. Rooms are clean and spacious but the TV remote was not very good on both the TVs we had in our room. Staff are not very friendly, at times they just ignore you while your bringing your shopping in to the hotel and you struggle to open the door. The breakfast is very poor considering this is a five star hotel, the hash browns were hard as rock and pretty tasteless, I asked for an Americano and they said its not included in the breakfast and it will cost me extra to buy. It took us about 30mins to check out as the people in reception didnt know what they were doing. Hotel inst too far from the Emirates Mall Metro station, about 10mins walk. The Hotel offers bus shuttle services to a few P.O.I in Dubai but the only time we wanted to use it, they said it is cancelled for the day. Hotel did give us a free upgrade to the suite and allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel before and after we checked in, hence the 3 stars otherwise this hotel isnt any better than the Premier Inns or Travelodges here in the United Kingdom.

Very nice hotel and good facilities. The breakfast was very good. The only average point is that its not easy to go to the metro even if it seems close. That is because of the awful design of Dubai that is not fit for pedestrians, so I dont blame the hotel for that.

Good location - right in front of the Mall of Emirates. They offer a free shuttle which runs twice a day to the Dubai Mall. Rooms very clean and a nice size bathroom (shower and a bath). Small gym which is convenient. Staff are helpful although some of them struggle with English which can make enquiries difficult.

the location is in Al-barsha District and near to Mall of emirates. 3 Levels of parking with valet parking. the staff are excellent and very friendly, i used to start my morning with lovely smiles in breakfast time. the hotel has excellent facilities and deserve 5 stars hotel. the room is wide and comfortable i liked very much. I liked remote controlling of the light, bed comfortableness, room design and bathroom design. Professional reception crew in check in / out as well as concierge services. there is a play ground area for kids. overall, excellent.

The hotel is OK itself, however the location is basically in the middle of nowhere. Not that close to main attractions, and not very close to the beach of Internet City of anything else really. Its your run of the mill 4-star Dubai hotel, but comfortable and clean for a few nights sleep.

Tout dabord je remercie Hicham qui travaille à laccueil le seul qui parle français, hôtel très propre petit déjeuner nickel, un soir on a manger au resto des côtes dagneau cétait excellent ! Mais, le 1er jour que nous sommes arrivé, un personnel qui a apporté nos valises dans la chambre les a déposés puis il attendait, et il attendait cétait très gênant. En fait il attendait son pourboire mais je navais pas de monnaie je viens darriver à peine au pays, la voiture nous a amené directement de laéroport à lhôtel. Il sest retourné et il est parti sans rien dire en claquant la porte . Je me suis plains a Hicham le lendemain matin. Un autre jour, début daprès midi, nous avons pris un américano et un expresso avec des pâtisseries, jai réglé laddition a la demoiselle mais 5 min plus tard cétait le changement de poste et la demoiselle na pas passé linfo à son collègue que javais payé donc quand nous avions fini nous nous sommes levé pour partir et le serveur nous a retenu tout en nous tendant le ticket de caisse et en nous disant money money. Une honte pour nous devant tous ces gens !

Personnel très agréable et souriant, service petit déjeuner très bien organisé, piscine sur le toit accessible jusquà 22h, le "mall of émirat" est à 3min à pied. Si besoin pour dexcursion quelquun laccueil peut vous orienter. Bon séjour!

Un hôtel qui propose de bon service , les chambres sont très spacieuse le restaurant est correct il est situé près du centres commercial avec la piste de ski , il y a une mosquée à proximité idéal pour la prière du vendredi sinon il faut prendre le taxi pour se rendre au dubai mal ou à la tour burj Khalifa ou au quartier Naif reste à 20 min à peu près du reste de ce quil y a , à visiter sur place

We stayed there last week (7 nights) and we really enjoyed our stay at Dubaï, especially thanks to this hotel! Our room at floor 14th was very spacious and clean. The staff was particularly lovely and respectful. By far the best service ever experienced so far. There is a (small) swimming pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop and a gym, open until 10pm. Only families and couples there, not crowded and calm. Pictures are realistic. Breakfast can be taken until 11am, with a lot of choice (salty and sweet). 5 min far from Mall of the Emirates where there is Ski Dubaï, metro station and supermarket. Free shuttle from hotel to Jumeirah Beach and to Dubaï mall/Burj Khalifa. FYI the district is under construction so there are a lot of construction sites around but not noisy so it did not disturb us. We highly recommend you this hotel, best value for money! Many thanks to the staff, we hope to come back soon! ---- Nous y avons séjourné la semaine dernière (7 nuits), et avons passé un excellent séjour à Dubaï, notamment grâce à cet hôtel! Notre chambre au 14eme étage était très spacieuse et propre. Le personnel était particulièrement accueillant et respectueux. Réellement le meilleur service que nous avons pu expérimenter jusquà présent! Il y a une piscine (de taille modeste) avec jacuzzi en rooftop ainsi quune salle de sport fermée, accessibles jusquà 22h avec une fréquentation agréable (pas trop de monde, plutôt familial, couples). Les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité. Le petit déjeuner peut être pris jusquà 11h, il y a beaucoup de choix (salé et sucré). A 5min à pied du Mall of the Emirates là où se trouve le Ski Dubaï, station de métro et...Carrefour! Il y a des navettes gratuites de lhôtel vers Jumeirah Beach (aller 10h, retour 14h) et vers le Dubaï Mall/Burj Khalifa. Nous ne les avons pas empruntées car les horaires ne nous convenaient pas. Pour nous rendre au Dubaï Mall/Burj Khalifa, nous avons pris le métro pour 28 AED (2 pers A/R). Il faut savoir que le quartier est en pleine construction donc il y a pas mal de chantiers, grues aux alentours mais ne sont pas bruyants donc nous navons pas été gênés par cela. Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel, avec un excellent rapport qualité prix! Merci à tout le personnel, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
