Stayed there for 20 nights.I loved this hotel apartment. Excellent location, Spacious and well furnished. There was not even one thing I could complain about. House keeping staff was lazy and would skip cleaning properly, but when we pointed out ...they cleaned it well. I didnt like the fact that I had to ask them to refill coffee and water everyday. God knows why they dont want to give you refill when its complimentary.

Fairly decent apartments but be sure that you are given the correct room. I was charged for a medium sized room but was placed onto the 17th floor in a tiny apartment. I was told this was because the "hotel was full" however when I subsequently visited their website I saw many rooms available. When I confronted the manager with this information I was upgraded (to the correct sized room) "as a free upgrade".

This is one the better hotel apartment that i have been to. Great room with full furnishing and amenities including full kitchen, Washing machines etc. The only problem is the lack of a proper in-house breakfast. but this place is rite next to a couple of super markets and 5-6 good restaurants,

Clean rooms, the apartments are bigger. Easy access to the metro. Great staff...very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also close to grocery shops. Yeah one more thing, we got upgraded to the presidential suit...

Good location is very near from The Metro only 20 meter , Super market next the hotel 50 meter , To Marina mall and JBR 5 min , Emirate mall 5 min , Dubai mall 15 min , Very clean Hotel and Good Stuff , Free Wifi in the rooms .

Great experience. Perfect Hotel, very attentive staff, next to Metro 50 m. Even bus and taxi right in front of the Hotel. Thats all you need. The hotels German restaurant "Bakers Kitchen" offers unbelievable scrumptious healthy food but coffee and handmade German cakes & sandwiches as well. Thats why I changed my plan and I held my meetings simply there. Well come back for sure.

My english is so bad, sorry. A big thanks to Google Translator ! We booked 3 appartments the morning to the evening. They was good, clean and well appointed... I cant say this is the best hotel i have ever seen but the staff was always smiling, friendly, attentive, and never sticky as often in many tourist destination here. I highly recommends this hotel.

We stayed here for one night and on arrival found the room to be dirty. Despite telling reception twice about the problem it wasnt clean and so we spent an uncomfortable night. Service wasnt great at breakfast, and on check-out we were treated almost as cooly as our bedroom had been! Not a great experience, and I have given the management the chance to respond to my complaint before posting this - their reply was to offer an upgrade for our next stay. Sorry, we wont be returning.

prise+location+ quality - the best! my family had a tour to dubai and stayed in the hotel. they remained more than satisfied as the rooms and service were on the level of 5 star hotel. location is just perfect to see dubai: 50 meters from the metro station, equally close to marina district, emirates mall and dubai mallurj halifa not far away. rooms are clean and with all comforts: big, with full-stuffed kitchen. meals provided by the restaurant of healthy food - tasty, sometimes too spicy for europeans. but if u want too much meat and calories - that is not yours. minuses: they got backside room on the 8 floor and it was a little bit noisy because of the highway cars and new hotel which is being built just 50 meters away! so my advice: demand the room not from the side of the road or left side!!!! can only imagine how it was 3-4-5-6 floors!

Мне очень понравился отель и чудесное обслуживание в нём.Большие удобные двухкомнатные номера с кухней и отдельной ванной.Хорошие завтраки. Очень удобное месторасположение - просто в двух минутах от станции метро и в двух остановках от центра.Бесплатный трансфер на пляж.С удовольствием рекомендую этот отель для неизбалованных пятью звёздами туристов.
