Its my 5th or more time. I usually stay in 5 star hotels, but stay in Auris sometimes when not in a spending mood. Good choice for an affordable yet comfortable stay. Given the rate, it is a very good hotel. It feels less budget hotel (unlike Ibis), they have a descent room service, no issues with staff, free parking, convenient location. Many facilities are around you, there are supermarkets, barbers, laundries and so on. Bathrooms are small, but remember you want an affordable accommodation (and they have suites as well), and parking area is small (not convenient for large cars). The location depends on how you look at it. I would say if you are familiar with Dubai it is a good location because you know ins and outs. If you are a tourist and want a location near center or around attractions, then you cal look somewhere else, but Dubai is full of taxis + UBER

One of the best hotel we have stayed in, the staffs are amazing especially Michelle and Kristine from the front desk they are really sweet and they have a fantastic customer service. We have tried everything from the buffet to the gym/ pool and everything was perfect. Will recommend this hotel anytime!!
