Although I had a difficult time after my hotel booking company booked my layover here for the wrong day, the manager on duty and other staff ended up taking great care of me. It turned out being one of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Amazing views of the water fountain and right at the heart of everything exciting. 10/10 would recommend this place!

Best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff is incredible and took the celebrations of my birthday and my mothers birthday over our five night stay very seriously. The staff were also so lovely to speak with and I really enjoyed getting to know them personally. The location of this hotel cant be beat. Youre staying in the worlds tallest building at an Armani property. The rooms were modern and perfect. Many hotels that we visited for dinners while in Dubai felt outdated and tired in their decor. I truly loved the classic yet contemporary design of the Armani Hotel. My entire stay was perfection.

- nice design, but poor usability (pseudo tech in rooms), room layouts - there are rooms on floor 8 and 9 and 38 and 39. If you come with the expectation for views, make sure to reserve on higher floors - service not coherent - some staff is very nice, some very inexperienced. In general impression of not service orientated priorities for staff. Some things are outright weird (small details) - Id say great for one or two nights and to experience the burj. Other then that unlikely a regular place to stay - spa small and unpractical, below standard - breakfast pretty good, highest standard

One of the favorites if you want to be in the center of Dubai with access to all sides. Direct access, though requires a long walk, to Dubai Mall if youre a hotel guest or Burj Khalifa resident. Views of the Dubai Dancing Fountain from different restaurants and cafés inside. Free WiFi and free valet parking always appreciable compared with other hotels. A helpful business center at the ground floor with a number of meeting rooms small and big, very helpful staff there. Overall, the staff at Armani Hotel are the most valuable asset this hotel has, with over 3 years of dealing with them in all outlets and the hotel itself not a single incident or misunderstanding. Wish they can have a little more lights in the hotel lobby.

We stayed in the Burj Khalifa in May 2016 for three days on our way to Europe. It was our second visit to this magnificent hotel and it never ceases to amaze us of its elegance, space of the rooms and the high quality service you received from the staff. This trip we stayed in a Fountain View suite and the spectacular light show was incredible. The daily breakfast was delicious with a variety that would satisfy any culinary requirement. Nothing was too much trouble for the waitpersons. This is NOT a budget hotel and the price reflects that but I always say you pay for what you get and this certainly was worth every dollars spent. Once in your life you need to experience this beautiful hotel and experience the outstanding service it provides. Thank you Burj Khalia and all its staff.

My wife and I were on our honeymoon staying at The Address Downtown the night it burnt down. Luckily we were having dinner at the Armani hotel and Yann, the lifestyle manager assured us that they would do everything possible to help us. They certainly did. The whole team at The Armani was amazing, the best customer service I have ever experienced at any establishment.

Armani hotels first expression was perfect. I spend fantastic night with my friends and I satisfied everything. But the problem is RACISM. When i took a taxi, one security guy came to us and said ni hao so i said we are not Chinese but Korean after that he said oh, but Korean and Chinese are same to me, AND YOU R KOREAN BUT YOU LOOKS SO CHINESE i was really felt bad and disappointed about Armani hotels staff education system. If he cant distinguish Asians nationality, he shouldnt say ni hao or something to Asian. He judgement impetuously following appearance. If my nationality is USA or EU,even though i have Asian appearance, how can he dealing with that situation i wonder. This is Dubai the most international country in the world. Asian can have western nationality, black people can have Asian nationality, white people can have African nationality but at Armani hotels staff did big mistake at luxurious hotel. Anyway i never go again at Armani hotel and never recommend anybody.
