Pathetic Experience in hotel. They are bloody FRAUD People. They took 500 Dirhams from me without any reason. My Baby just do pee by mistake in there bed and they say they have to throw a bed so I have to pay a cost. Come on guys this shows you dont have guts to buy a bed even by your earnings. Such a Cheap people and managers are super irresponsible and unprofessional. They threat us that they will call police and put us in bad situations. I Hate Dubai even after my stay in that hotel. They are good in some services no doubt but if you anything goes wrong by mistake with you. They can sue you to JAIL even. Do not waste you money in this hotel please.

Originally booked for 6 nights unfortunately only managed less than 24hrs. Hotel needs a complete refurbishment especially bathrooms bath was cracked, unclean, then to make situation worse a guest decided to throw up outside the room early in the morning. But got our remainder refunded quibble free. Thank you

Staying in this hotel just cause I paid in advance to my travel agent! This hotel sucks and its staff are illiterate and not trained in guest service, not only front office but all departments are the same. Checked in first day and Housekeeping/Maintenance dont know how to unlock their ac (Honeywell) switch to regulate temperature! Front office guy doesnt know what is Room Cleaning- told him twice @ 11:30 am and again at 2:30pm only to hear that the room is cleaned but it is NOT. Housekeeping is busy cleaning checkout roms but resident guest rooms are neglected-this is the only constant excuse by them since 4 days. Staff comprises of people mostly from Indo-Pak & Sri Lanka region but Admiral Plaza owner/management ought to train them in English and yes, how to communicate with guests.

Worst Hotel ever. Disgusting... Dont stay!!! The photos of the rooms and the hotel are misleading. The room that they gave me was completely different than the picture (very tiny and unclean) and the A/C was not working (In Dubai!!), the mattress was more than horrible. When I decided to cancel and change the hotel, the management offered me another bigger room but the surprise was that the new room was full of all types of insects including bed bugs, cockroaches... I left in the middle of the first night, and they didnt even return the money of the 10 nights that I paid. disgusting!!!

It a cheap place to stay while being in Dubai. The stuff are very friendly. The parking is in other building but just 10 seconds walking. My room smell strange, not bad but not good. It was okey but the bathroom was quite old. The breakfast is very good, variety of different food. Most is Indian. There is a swimming pool but it has lot of things, such as the sauna, which doesnt work. What is more, you can buy safaris and tourist tours in the hall.

Not as good as shown in pictures. The room service is not very cooperative. Bad irritating lightning. Broken bathroom lock. Wifi password keeps expiring even within a day. Most of the issues were not fixed even after my complaint. I stayed for 4 nights there. But they couldnt fix anything.

Offers good services like luggage storage and airport pick up and drop off for free. HOWEVER, its such a 3rd world hotel. Old, broken, dirty... Only 1 outlet in the whole room worked so if you have more than 1 device dont go. I had a friend visit me and I got called in the room saying that if he did not leave they will call security. Very very rude for having a friend visit me.

It is a very good hotel... The hotel has a very good housekeeper & room service, its very cheap and affordable, the buffet is Outstanding... But when we landed on Dubai Airport, their Cab service (Hotel Car) was very poor... we had to wait for 1hr 20 min at the airport, and the Hotel was later not responding to our calls, same goes for their driver. We had to catch an airport cab later after waiting for 1hr 20 min, later when we reached, we got informed that the room we selected was not available and had to wait in another room for a day even after we did the pre booking like 20 days early! So this is why I gave 3* to this hotel, I hope it improves on the transporting facility. Also they have a seperate counter for Big Bus tour through which you can visit all the places in Dubai as well as Abu Dhabi at a very reasonable rate, must try it once! ;) :)
