    This place is amazing, staff are so kind and helpful, rooms are nice, big and clean. Any problems you get are dealt with, since they have maintenance and housekeeping. An amazing pool and Gym are also included. Food is also very good quality and tasty. Would recommend this place to anyone.

    I paid for the 6 month Gym-Membership and this Poolguard annoyed me each visit in a very rude way. Whenever I went to the gym, he came to interrupt me and annoyed me while I was exercising and asked for my room number and told me it would not exist, despite the issue it on the payment receipt. He asked me where I live and many more of all those things that are non of his business. The 6 month were complete harassment. Whenever I asked for the Hotel Manager to complain, he never showed up. Even when I left my phone number for the Hotel Manager, he did not even bother to call me back. He told the receptionist to call me and of course there is no outcome, because they are the last who would ever care. I will never go there again!

    This hotel is really good and the location is far from the city noises and the staff are really friendly. Its best for families and it has a super market that stays open till late times

    Good choice for long stay guests and who loves to stay away from city. Shuttle service is available to all the major shopping malls. Staffs are very friendly. Roof top pool is nice and pool side BBQ in the evening was quite enjoyable.

    Weve stayyed that apartment twice. Both were 2+1 and large. Everything was OK except of distance to Dubai. If you have your own car, no problem. Dont even think to get there by bus, subway etc.

    The only Hotel near to Hamdan swimming complex, 5 minutes to outlet mall , i spend only 15 minutes drive to dubai mall. No traffic. Staff are so friendly and proffisional. Rooms are huge. Clean, swimming pool is fantastic. I enjoyed my stay and i will come back again next holiday only at abidos dubailand. Barbecue at the roof top was the best during the stay. Recommended this hotel to all my friends and colleagues.

    تجربتي كانت لشقة بغرفة واحدة وصالة في غير اوقات الذروة. كان السعر مناسب. الشقة بها صالة كبيرة مع طاولة طعام وتلفاز ومطبخ مرتب به أدوات جيدة. غرفة النوم جيدة ومرتبة. الإقامة كانت جيدة جدا. اكثر ما اعجبني هو موقع الفندق في منطقة هادئة على حدود دبي بعيدا عن الإزدحام والإزعاج. مناسب لمن يملك سيارة. سوبر ماركت قرب مدخل الفندق.

    الفندق بشكل عام ممتاز. لكن في اخر يوم لي تم سرقه الايباد من الشقه ١٢٠٣ الدور ١٢ من عمال النظافة وتم ابلاغ الاستقبال بذالك وقمت بتفتيش الشقة في كل مكان تحت المرتبه والسرير والبانيو قبل الابلاغ بفقدانه يعني نبشت الشقه فوق تحت ٲٍنٍـٍّМ̳Ế̳ـٍْٱٍ واطفالي وبعد الابلاغ ١٨ ساعة وقبل المغادرة لم يتم التجاوب معي الا بعد ان ذهبت انا بنفسي وسالت عن كامرات المراقبه قالو لي لم نلاحظ شي. وبعد خروجي من الفندق وعند وصولي حدود السعودية تم الاتصال بي من موظف الاستقبال عماد وقال وجدنا الايباد تحت السرير وهذا غير صحيح يعني الاتصال منهم الساعه ٥ عصراً وانا خرجت منهم الساعه ١٢ ظهراً بنفس اليوم وسويت خروج هذا دليل على كذب الموظف والتستر على المتسبب وقال لي تبي الايباد تعال خدو من عندنا او ابعت احد يخدو من الامانات بالفندق
