Big rooms but everything else is very basic. The check in was ridiculously slow I was even asked to sit for.a while as only one person was checking people out and in. The baggage guys are superb. The towels are like 50years old and in general so are the bedding and the curtains yikes. For a quick layover sure. It is definitely NOT 5stars more like a good 3 stars.

Great location and just walking distance from metro station, decent size and clean rooms. I think what sets them apart is their service. Friendly and personal touch is what they excel, whether its concierge staff, room services or reservations counter. Our family enjoyed the stay here and look forward to staying with them for any future visits.

Their tv channel selection wasnt good and couldnt use USB port due to security issues, so they could try to do something about that. However, otherwise its a beautiful place with comfy rooms and great atmosphere and facilities.

bad location in terms of being near popular tourist sites. hotel service was good and very large room. cleanliness was ok minus the dirty window which doesnt help with the already limited views. city break very fast paced area located near a very busy road.

2 people, 2 different rooms, both facing a side of the hotel with people drilling Just out of the window. Not a coincidence for sure.7,30 am staff waking You up to make up your room. Restaurant for dinner Only buffet.

The Hotel was clean and spacious, there was a minor issue which the management took seriously and dealt with very professionally which was very much appreciated, customer service was outstanding and something others should learn from. Shah who took us and our suitcase to the room was very welcoming, professional and caring. Overall the staff was excellent and very welcoming. The room was big and spaciouse with outstanding housekeeping. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. The location was also good as its a walking distance from the Metro station.

5 star service, Ive been here more than three times. I like the location and service, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. One day I needed to go buy a cigarette and credit for my phone I couldnt find a store open nearby so I called the house keeping and he got me what I need, I remember his word he said "sir next time no need for you to go look for a store, tell us what you need and we will bring it for you"

We stayed at the Movenpick Hotel for 8 days and when we first arrived our check in time for the room was not till 2pm, but the staff were very friendly, co-operating and provided us great service when it came down to allowing us to check into our room early. It was our first time staying at a city hotel and the Movenpick in Deira gave us such a fantastic experience with clean rooms, great service and amazing staff that you wont get at any other hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has a family, for business or pleasure.

A great experience with very nice and clean rooms. The one thing that stood out was the service we received from start to finish by our friendly brothers Jason and Abul Basher. They were there for us throughout the visit and treated us like true family members. I would highly recommend you to ask for them personally to attend to you and you will experience the time if your life. Jason is friendly kind and humble. He is jolly and serves you very well. His english is great and always give you what you want. Abul Basher is warm hearted welcoming and also is there to grant your wishes. Please do ask for him also. Overall this hotel is great and what makes you want to ce back again is the service provided by all the service collectively.

Brilliant service, brilliant staff, brilliant location, fantastic experience! This hotel completely surpassed my expectations, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very big and clean with modern and tidy decor. The breakfast was a wide variety to choose from and the staff there were also very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dubai.

I and my wife went as a tourist to Dubai this month. We stayed in this Hotel for 7 nights from 2nd march to 9th March 2015. The booking was done online through my Travel Agent in Mumbai. We checked in without any hassles. The room was adequately spacious, very neat and clean. The service staff were also very courteous, polite and responsive. Since we were here for sight seeing, major portion of the day was spent out of the hotel in traveling. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel even during our shorter hours of the day. We enjoyed our morning in the Swimming Pool, and in Sauna Bath. Our special appreciation goes to the Attendant Fernando, who was was very dedicated and caring. He attended the guests to perfection and made them feel at home. We would not hesitate to recommend the visitors to stay in this hotel. Balakrishnan & Lakshmi

Ich habe im Rahmen einer Rundreise nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel zugebracht. Zimmer sind sehr schön und sehr gross. Obwohl das Hotel in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens liegt, waren weder Fluggeräusche noch Strassengeräusche zu hören. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr gut. WLAN kann in der Lobby 24 h kostenlos genutzt werden. Das Hotel kann ich ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.
