Murtaza Ali DharwalaI tried to call on your customer care to check if they are accepting RAK insurance for maternity cover. I connected to the Enquiry section by selecting 3rd option. to my surprise that person told me that he will connect to the insurance department. In turn no one picked up the call and about 5 min of my time and money was wasted listening to your background music.

Mohammed H. MansourCall center is so bad. She booked appointment in Ajman while Im calling from Dubai. And I told her that I have insurance she didnt tell me that my insurance is not acceptable in the hospital. Im really disappointed.

prasad porkulathVery very Worst experience with the staff and Doctor when I visited with my baby in an emergency situation at Al Ghusais Dubai. Also EXTREMELY SLOW. Do not know how to handle an emergency situation! All the staffs are roaming here and there without doing anything. Staff at front desk was very very bad as she doesnt want to check with the insurance company that whether the insurance is covered or not.

Simon SorourI tried their Dentistry services. They are cheap but when it comes to surgery experience, they are not that good. I took off my 2 teeth and when I show the x-ray to my dentist in Egypt, he told me that it could be done in a better way to heal in 2 months rather than 4 months in order for bone to heal waiting for implantation.

Discourage people who come to the hospital. but we went to ASTER Hospital they taken me as soon as can and contacted the insurance done things ..

Linil KuruvillaMy wife delivered in December last year and I feel i should let people know the experience. We had pretty much a good experience with the knowledge the doctors have of what they do and even the nurses. However at some point I feel that the hospital is understaffed specially at the ward area. Later my son was admitted with chest congestion and all the time the nurses were not available when requested. They had kept one nurse allotted to take care of us and she was doing more than the best she could. I think the management should consider creating more space for staff and accommodate more of the nurses.

suneera AbubakkerMy sister son(11 years baby)had gone through appendix open surgery with Rahul kumar a week back , by Tuesday he got pus formation on the stitch area and doctor recommended for antibiotics injection after that his stomach bloated and pus formation was severe.My sister immediately by 5 am took her son to the hospital but there wasnt any action from the hospital side , they told her to wait for the doctor but he turned up only after 24 hours but he dint took any action . They gave antibiotics to the baby from that time but stitch had come out and pus formation is severe , the one who performed surgery is refusing to do the treatment and not even turning up in the hospital . Now my sister condition is very critical , she is single mother having 5 years old baby with her and they are not allowing her to travel in flight . Pls give her some solution

afsar HussainHalf experience is very good but half experience was very bad...Dr Hema was did her job way excellent. 2nd of December I have born new baby boy. Dr HEMA is very familiar. And good heart lady. She did my wife c section was excellent and first. For her we can give 5 STAR. But baby care was very very poor & W can say worst. They dont have time value for test and no follow up also nurses. Dr give nurses test at morning 9 am. Nusres didnt took any sample & no test did till 3 pm. Then we argue with them. Than they did they are job within one hour. we feel like that they are saying delivery package for Aed 5000 but THEY KNOWS VERY WELL HOW TO MAKE 5000 to 25000. When Im going to pay my bills there is some extra amount added . I fight with cashier than they check all my previous bills . And they deleted all the extra payments. BE AWARE FOR BABY CARE.

Betty AbrahamAttracted by the fancy delivery packages of Thumbay’s and planning a delivery in this hospital? Makes me think a 1000 times again. I made a huge, HUGE mistake and opted for it once and that makes it the last time. CASE 1: I’m due in 15 days. Took an appointment with Dr Donna a month ahead (for May 5th), they text that my appointment is cancelled and they will call shortly. That call never came till May 4th. I had to make a call and ask for an explanation. The reply was, it’s a public holiday on that day, and the doctor isn’t available. End of the conversation, I didn’t get an appointment for the doctor I wanted and had to forcefully opt for another doctor. An establishment that does not follow public holidays and confirms appointments is new to me. Unprofessional act. CASE 2: I’m admitted. No pain and major contractions for almost 12 hours. A doctor named Lubna was in charge. She decided to rupture the membrane after 13 hours, now which clearly means I’m going to have contractions and pain in few minutes. The pain and I see nobody in my room. NO DOCTOR. NO NURSE. I had my relatives waiting to hear what’s going on and no one really cared to tell them anything. A new doctor comes in later and found out my baby’s heart rate was dropping while the contractions were happening and decided to rush me to the OT. Which means my husband needs to be informed. He is called in and a nurse who doesn’t really know the scene in my room makes a fuss about “a man” entering that zone. He makes it to my room, sees me in blood and the doctor tells him, she needs to be rushed in for the C-section; please sign or else your baby will have a brain damage. Such an inappropriate way in conveying the message to him. CASE 3: No monitoring or advice from a doctor after I was brought to the room for that entire day. The nurses who peeped in between did their job and left. Maybe a few words of do/don’ts of a C-section, about nursing the baby, if I felt okay? From somebody would’ve helped. This hospital has very fancy interiors and other bogus advertisements put up and that’s it. I’m not saying all, but most of the staffs there are in for purely money. They do their work like robots and act weird. Rich or poor, a hospital and a doctor means much more than that to a patient. Everything about that hospital is money. Thumbay management read on and ignore. You guys know to do nothing more. Thank you.
