+ All the staff Ive met at the hospital were attentive, helpful and friendly. As long as you dont call to hospital 1. Have asked operator for ultrasound appointment and he made it at the wrong department, so had to spend 6 hours at the hospital to get a respective appointment. 2. Have asked to receive blood test results and ultrasound report by e-mail - didnt happen before I had called again and asked to do that. 3. Blood test results were not received as well. Have called yesterday and asked to send them to my e-mail. Emphasized that I did few of them and would like to receive them all - have received only one. 4. Called today again to laboratory receptionist, talked to Christina, asked to send me hormones test result - nothing. 5. Called again to laboratory reception - no response. Hospital has very good service when you visit them and deeply disappointing one when you are calling them.

Big C as started is not an easy journey for me. As I have witness a family member having a Big C and fail to survive. But with the help of Dr. Rajeev and his Team I faced the battle with confidence and full of courage to survive. At the very beginning I am very hesitant to be treated but with the encouragement and assurance of Dr. Rajeev and the Hospital facility i pushed through with my treatment. And after 6 months of treatment I can say that I have an easy journey. Dr. Rajeev and Saudi German Hospital Staff were amazing we are not treated as patient but as a family.

My wife delivered on the 11th of August our first baby boy. Since day one Dr. Basma was a true example of a professional and tender doctor, who is taking full care of her patients. She kept doing the great job until the delivery and even after. my wife felt about Dr.Basma as a mother to her here in Dubai, she received the phone calls, inquiries, repeated questions and visits, etc... with a open minded mentality, and caring personality. I would love to express my satisfaction about the amazing job done by the nurses (Lara, Jenny, Sonia, and another Indian doctor who was wearing Hijab). Dr, Ali (insurance department) was super helpful and very reliable and honest with us. I would absolutely recommend the SGH to all my friends/relatives because of the high standard level of service, and the fact that the staff are putting the patients satisfactions first.

Dr lubna is best among all Obgyn and staff have been amazing. I had a difficult surgery and they were amazing through it all. The theatre staff, nurses, midwives and anasthetist especially Dr Ram was very co-operative.Dr. lubna was continuously following up after surgery. All staff was extra caring. Honestly speaking there was a huge difference in surgery and postoperative recovery what I had experience in past with my previous surgery .I plan to have another child in the future and I trust Dr. Lubna to be my Obgyn for that process.

I visited yesterday your Dental clinic and specifically I was recommended to see Dr. Ioannis Faklaris by my friend in the office. Let me please express my happiness to meet and know this great Doctor , I am 60 years old who had a long experience with Dentists in my whole life, but never meat a doctor like that. Dr. Faklaris is an excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure his patients are comfortable and get the best dentistry he can offer. He took the time to explain every procedure he was doing to do for me in the next visits. I would highly recommend Dr. Ioannis to anyone who needs a dentist!

Dr Lubnas great doctor amongst all OB Gyne. But if youre in pain, be ready as you have to wait in queue for more than an 1 hour. Youll suffer in pain. As of 15:07 the counter is still service E 378 - note they have a e-ticketing system and 9 counters of really slow moving pharmacists (mix races, arabs, indians, maybe paki). No supervisor in charge to even monitor how many patients are catered.

They have some really good doctors but the problem is that they tend to ask for too many medical tests ( blood tests, xrays..etc) which sometimes is not necessary and its only done for sake of money. ER is also good and the doctors are caring.

My mother was admitted for 5 days. very bad hospital and not professional nurses at all! I keep running after doctors to see here but they are careless and the delay is horrible. 2 days for Endocrinologist to check on here although he was admitted and left ICU because of here bad Diabetic problem. she entered the hospital through emergency then 1 night at ICU then ward the experience was but and will never come again to this hospital . If you want professional care where you feel safe and trust dont come here

I feel very lucky to have Dr. Lubna Ahmad as my gynecologist.I initially went to see her for fertility investigations after trying to get pregnant for 7 years as because of morbidly obesity I was unable to Concieve.She was very lucky for me as after sometime she gave me the good news that Im pregnant . She managed whole of my high risk pregnancy and Im having a beautiful baby girl few days earlier. Me and my family cannot enough thankyou to her for a sweetest gift forevers. Her advice were priceless and I am very thrilled to say that Im having a week old baby girl! I dont believe she would be here if it wasnt for the advice and expertise of Dr Lubna .

Worst experience ever, I pay my consultation fee under my insurance , the doctor didnt tell me anything even just tell me he will give me some medicine to apply. After that I went to get the medince they told me its not coverd by my insurance, so why they cant tell me in advance ....................I went to the patient relation , they ask me wait almost 1 hour and come back tell me the same thing with a really bad attitude......what kind of hospital it is.......

Appreciation to Dr. Ahmed Hassan and Dr. Ala Al-Ajeel of Saudi German Hospital, Dubai. I had two successful major surgical operations, namely Prostrate and Haermorroid at the Saudi German Hospital, Dubai on 6th May 2017 carried out by Dr. Ahmed Hassan (Prostrate) and Dr. Ala Al-Ajeel (Haermorroid) respectively. I would like to thank both Dr. Hassan and Dr. Ala Al-Ajeel sincerely for the successful surgical operations carried out on me. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to them (being the Heads of Department of Urology and Surgery respectively) for the warm reception accorded me from the very first day I met with them in their offices, the concern to identify what is my medical challenge, determination of the best procedure for me, the surgery itself and the post-surgery care. More touching is the fact that apart from the Doctors and Nurses who were assigned to me who are always available at my beck and call, these two senior Doctors visited me at least twice everyday while I was in the hospital ward, after the surgery. It cannot be emphasised that Doctors in Saudi German Hospital, irrespective of their position, are really concerned about the welfare of their patients and committed to their jobs. The post-surgery care is fantastic. After being discharged from the ward, I was given several appointments to see Dr. Hassan and Dr. Ala Al-Ajeel for rigorous post-surgical check-ups to ensure that there are no complications or problems whatsoever, before I was declared fit to travel back to Nigeria. It is my prayer that God will bless you and your families and continue to prosper the Saudi German Hospital. The International Business Development Manager, Dr. George Davis and International Patient Advisor, Dr. Semira Dikbas were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that I was happy and realized my expectations in visiting the Saudi German Hospital. I would therefore not hesitate to recommend the Saudi German Hospital to anyone that is looking for excellent and cost effective medi-care.

I take my kids to SGH Dubai as i live nearby, then i stopped unless in emergency. After many visits, conclusion therell be no benefit = you take their medicine and no result, except wasting time and loosing money. My daughter bleeds from nose, 3 visits, 2 different doctors, expensive endoscopy, the girl is still bleeding. Daytime customer service is very good, staff is very friendly, but thats not enough.

I need to share my experience at this hospital .I am a Family Medicine Doctor working in Zurich and was visiting my family in Dubai when i had a bad fall and badly cut my nose.I could also see it was fractured quite bad.My family brought me to ER , unfortunately I was left bleeding and unattended for some time by the ER doctor.. he did not even give me first aid. A kind nurse got an ice pack.. While waiting for the duty doctor , I met a miracle worker from ENT, Dr.Mamman who was passing by.He stopped the bleeding instantly with a new inflatable nasal pack and repaired the ghastly cut over my nose. The broken nose was reset and i could breathe again...such a relief !!! Today , the scar has disappeared completely, as he promised and I must thank Dr.Mamman and Saudi German Hospital for the care they have given me. Inspite of not having insurance, my bills were not too high for the expertise they provided.Thank you Doctor and Saudi German !

Cannot rate SGH high enough. I had been mis-diagnosed on two occasions before coming to Saudi German Hospital. I had pains running up the side of my head from a fall 10 days previous and was told I had whiplash. The A&E doctor immediately ordered a CAT scan and it was identified very quickly that I had broken my C2 at the top of my spine (which is basically a broken neck!) and it was a miracle that I was even alive let alone walking about. I received life saving surgery from Dr Samir and Dr Farrukh in the neurology department and feel extremely blessed to have walked into A&E on the 13th of April 2017 to receive such top class care. Every level of staff went way above the call of duty.

My 5 years old son broke badly his left arm, the hospital since the beginning was very professional in his treatment. He was under surgery and the all team was really fantastic in helping not only him , but the all family to face this difficult moment. I have very much appreciated the fact they were very clear every moment with us to permits the fully comprehension. A special thanks to Dr Ashok Kumar, he was very clear, professional in fixing his arm and so nice with him to the level of participating to a point game to be given to him when he was facing bravely the pain. Points given by Dr Kumar has been redeem in toys by me. Thanks Dr Kumar, thanks SGH. My son is happily swimming in the pool now.

I think this is the best Emergency department in Dubai. I was there with my son more then 20 times. Nice surgeon sewed up my sons cut up chin with no tears! He was so professional! The pediatric department has a lot of nice specialists who ready to help you even at 3 a.m. I recommend!

Just terrible. 2 days ago Emergency couldnt indicate chicken pox. We advised them that it was chicken pox, but so called doctor said it was finger-mouth infection. So, we lost 1 day of treatment for my 2-years daughter. Next day the whole body was in rash including genital and baby extremely suffered. Other than that the treatment is not the best there, I mean pregnancy assistance and baby care. Do not advise. One more thing, most of the time we had to wait extra 30-60 mins for doctor consultation notwithstanding our appointment.

Miserable feedback, During my visit i found that there is no privacy, the rooms of the doctors all are open and anyone can enter. it is very normal that the nurses can Interrupt you and doctor to discuss different matter. 90% of the doctors are advising for immediate operation instead of treatment. Problem is not with the insurance companies, the real problem with staff and doctors. last point is totally not satisfied with hospital service. my daughter broke her hand and went for "emergency". It took 45 mins for doc to see her and advice an X-ray. X-ray took 30 mins. Doc confirms small fracture in elbow and takes 1.30 hours to plaster her hand!!!! This is the definition of emergency. The scene continues with a follow up, the age old ortho has no patience and threatens us that she may need surgery the arrogant response resembles how careless he is towards the patients. Now we are going to another hospital. I advise small clinics instead of this big hospital. A worst hospital I have ever faced in Dubai.

one of the worst hospitals ive ever experienced. doctors are not qualified nor take well care of patient. they have the worst nursing staff ive ever seen. i had my wife admitted in her early pregrancy month. first they the doctor made wrong diagnosis telling us she is not pregnant and it is some infection. they decided to have my wife spend two days in the hospital. during those days i have experienced the true face of such prestigious building! the nurse fixed the injection wrongly to my wife hand causing big inflation with her hand, the doctor, who is supposed to be knowledgable, didnt have any idea how to deal with this and moreover she lookef hesitant and unknowledgable. i decided to esclate this and give call to the chief nursing, the guy came and accompanied to the head of nurse, Nattie Harding, who didnt show any care and she even accused me of assualting her and CALLED THE POLICE FOR US!!! i esclated the whole thing to the hospital CEO who expressed her dissatisfaction with the action of her CNO and decided to get the police back after my threats to file case against the hospital. it is total mess .. it is the worst hospital you would ever think to visit .. TAKE CARE!!!

Worst experience in ER .. I just came from kuwait and i tell u , go and learn from kuwait how to deal with hospitals they have best doctors and best services .. I came to this hospital with my 5 years old with feaver.. Had to fill registration .. Nurse took temp and sat us down .. Half an hour the whole room was full and no doctor yet. I had to raise my voice and shout at the staff to let people in to lie down their children on beds .. After argument they let us in .. I asked for doctor they said she will come nothing happened for more than half hour .. I asked the rude nurses for cold pads nothing happened .. I had to shout to get the pads on my daughter.. Not one single nurse came to give a hand.. I noticed doctor chekin patients then going bak to pc ti encode them again cheking other then back to pc to encode .. Thats so stupid for er there shuld a note bad hanged on each bed to write quick notes then u can encode on ur time as the room was full and the hospital had one doctor on duty it was a long nightmare.. When the doctor came we told her we will complaint .. Actually she encouraged us to complaint and said the hospital is not hiring any doctors any more .....!!!! I say u better close ur building and look for something u can run and manage .. Dont take ur kids there ...

My 2 year old son was checked by a paediatric orthopaedic specialist. The hospital was easy to find and the on-site parking a delight. Upon arrival at the lovely modern out patient facility I was greeted warmly and was asked to patiently wait to be seen. The childrens waiting area is clean and uncluttered. All in all I have nothing but praise for this delightful private healthcare facility in Dubai.

Now I am in this hospital. Here is really bad in terms of nurse service quality, especially management. I had to contact insurance company by myself to check insurance progress although i had requested hospital staff members many times. I have never experienced this kind of inconvenience before while using other hospitals. The building is big and looks decent, but very poor internal performance.

I would high advise everyone to NEVER visit this hospital. The doctors are extremely unqualified and unprofessional. First I was provided poor medical treatment which resulted in burns and then provided the worst customer service. It has been over 2 weeks that I have tried calling and emailing the Patient Relations department and even the CEO and still there is no response. This is definitely one of the worst medical facilities in the UAE.

the worst hospital experience we ever had. we were consulting Dr Sharda for my wifes delivery and during all the regular follow up visits, doctor was good and but the staff were arrogant most of the time but we thought to have delivery in that hospital as the doctor was good and hospital is next to my home. when my wife started to have pains, I informed doc and went to emergency as it was midnight. On duty stupid doctor screwed up the whole process as her water didnt break and he made the condition very critical in next 5 hours because of his arrogant and half knowledge treatment and Dr Sharda was informed about the emergency by 5am in the morning but she didnt come to hospital till 9am and my wife had operation in the morning under critical condition. If our Gynic had responded and visited us during night when we informed her immediately, the situation would have been different. I would never ever recommend this hospital to anyone. Its very commercial with bad service.

I still remember the day when I was admitted to Saudi German hospital for delivery on November 6th 2013. It was one of the toughest times in my life. The personal attention and kindness shown by the doctors and staff helped me overcome my fears about delivery. I have never felt as comfortable going to a hospital in my life before. I wanted to thank Dr. Sharda once more for all care and attention she gave to me, my husband and of course, to my daughter during my pregnancy with her, her birth and the time afterwards. Her kind words and support made me feel confident, relaxed during this time. She is wonderful doctor. I will always appreciate the care she gave us, and will always feel grateful of her help.

Worst service ever. i went 8 days ago to the ER and they gave me a huge bag of medicine. 8 days passed and yet i am worse. i came back to the hospital to see the doctor. They told you cant get in the ER, it is better to see an ENT specialist. Sorry all our ENT specialists are busy today!!!!!!!! so i left without treatment!!!

what a rubbish customer service. called three times. the phone rang 15, 16 and 19 times before the receptionist answered. and when i was placed through to the department i requested, nobody answered. three times. no possibility of reverting to the operator. im officially writing this from the grave. so frustrating encountering such bad service. even more so from a hospital.

Dr. Sharda was very matter of fact. She didnt waste my time or sound patronizing. She answered my questions clearly and seemed genuinely interested in solving my issues. She checked with me about which tests I was interested in having (so there werent unexpected costs). She then followed up personally via telephone to explain my results. I will definitely use her as my OBGYN going forward! She was great!!! It was a great experience. I had a caesarian delivery in Saudi German, me & my new born get good care and attention. And I am strongly recommend Dr. Sharda, She is very good doctor. Specially now about Saudi German Hospital we were worried because of past review but Dr.Sharda gives confident to get treatment in hospital and had good experience. I think its so much change now.

This is one of the best hospitals in Dubai, very nice facilities. The staff is highly professional and dedicated.My wife had caesarean delivery there,she and my new born baby got very good care and attention. Dr. Sharda Ghosh(OBG) has been very professional and caring towards my wifes treatment, she has always been available to us whenever we needed her help. Thanks to all those who do round the clock service to patients with full dedication and care and special thanks to Dr.Sharda. Keep up the good work.
