this is a very good hospital. i took my husband during visit in this hospital wen he got a deep cut in his hand . We were very happy with the doctors and all the staff who attended my husband. they were very friendly and soft spoken. The hospital is very clean and have excellent facilities and the treatment was free for us as my husband was in visit visa.

Good facility and good staff! The only reason this is not a five star is because the security gaurd at ward 31 is the most rude person you can imagine. He treats you terribly during visiting hours. He is very disrespectful to others and shows no empathy at all. He is a disgrace to an otherwise great bunch of staff!

It was an emergency and we just decided to go to a Governement hospital in stead of private essentially for financial reasons. I think, I made one of the best intutitive decisions ever! I have had several experience in hospitals in India, Europe, USA and Dubai. The experience in Rashid has been one of the best if not "the" best! Every possible way. Confident and caring Dr. Samson in the emergency, polite, friendly, confident, alert and cautious attached male nurse and all other nursing staff and meticulous processes - everything made it such a great experience. One good thing happened for us is now onwards, when ever there is a health incident, we know where to go. thank you Rashid Hospital!

All indians nurses are useless they dont know anything, they are not accomodating, they are not used to be called as Nurses, nurses had an oath to do their responsibility to care for the patients but none of them are doing the proper things, theyre careless, messy and lazy. They cant even perform the proper care and even not meet the standards of the hospital. We experienced a lot of bad things, they dont know about the process of sterilization. Sucks!!!

No one picked up to answer the phone, why the hell do they have number then. Been their at customer care, supposed to me emergency reception/ main entrance. Asked every one around and every body said this is the counter but no one their for 45 minutes. Very unhappy.

Very poor service at front desk. The lady at the reception in emergency section was rude. When I told her that I want to consult a doctor for my back paon . she started laughing and told me to go to a clinic. We dont Handel such cases. Later at the reception the nurse told me to see a doctor outside so that it is covered under my insurance. All in all it was a useless visit. I didnt even meet a doctor.

First I thank our leaders for providing such a great health care to us however the problem does not lay in the hospital and it facilities but in the employees not fulfilling the vision set by our leaders to be always ranked number one we are talking about Dubai smart government vision you still need to come in person to take appointments even phone calls are insufficient that if you ever get reply for you calls I am a patient with a chronic disease and were admitted to rashid hospital for 40 days they were great

Not that I love to be in any hospital, but during my stay in Rahid hospsital even though I was completely alone (my family are not living with me) nurses were so caring, I couldnt believe no matter day or midnight they were so good smiling and patient with everyone. My surgeon done a very well job. The only thing is I never visited the surgeon before operation and my Doctors keep changing which was a little bit scary. Overall it is a very nice government hospital with latest technologies as much as I understand. if it was my country I should go to private hospital only to maybe get this care with lots of money to pay to nurses to care like them. I was an emergency case considered minor at first but they didnt ask me single Dirhams till I am released from hospital, again if it was my country emergency or none I have to pay first or I have to leave the hospital. I am from Iran. Thank you to all nurses and doctors in Rashid Hospital .
