We had the appointment at 10:30 and we arrived at 10:30. they call us at 11:15, after waiting 45 minutes they check my wife in 5 minutes. I would appreciate some respect on others people time.

I really want to appreciate the nursing staff Mrs.JIJIN Joseph(Med surgical dept.),is the best staff I have ever seen even I gone thorough many hospital around GCC.Very talented & have a good knowledge in med field and Patient care. All the best...Excellent service

Started well as a hospital trying to capture customers especially in an area where there is a lot of hospitals. Nowadays after a few years around, confidence built up and customer service went down to the lowest of its levels and going worse day by day, Knowing that myself, wife and two kids attend the hospital since its opening. Whats worse is that things are getting worse day by day and nothing is being done about it (i.e: ipads which were once used to capture customer feedback are not working since a long time, which is a very strong indicator of the take customers for granted mindset!) Pharmacy gives the worst of experiences of all with very unprofessional and uncourteous or rather unprofessional and untrained staff (except exceptions). Cheers,

I really enjoyed and will always use prime hospital as they are providing excellent services from vallet persons , reception nurses to doctors .. i would recommend this hospital to all my friends and family. My doctor is Dr Usha Kiran of the gynecology department.She knows what she doing and makes me feel so comfortable anytime I go to see her.She also answers all my questions that I send to her via WhatsApp even when its weekend and she doesnt mind whether its morning or nite.She is a wonderful person and also has a nice sense of humor.I will choose her as my doctor should I get pregnant again.I can not forget the nurse,Deenan also doing a great job.Good job to both of them.

Clean and frendly environment.i love doctor Shameem gynecologist and doctor Najlaa dermatologist .two of best doctors found in UAE. their nurses complete the professional environment , very good communication and follow up. Insurance team are eficient and caring. Feeling and healthy after every visit.

We were referred to Dr Usha Kiran by a friend after being dis illusioned with another doctor in another hospital. Dr Usha was very thoughtful and sensitive in handling our case and gave us lot of confidence about normal delivery. My wife felt safe in hands of Dr Usha and ultimately, as per my wifes wish, wish Dr Usha helped in delivering a normal delivery. I would like to let the hospital authorities know that doctors like Dr Usha are an asset to the hospital and we are extremely grateful to her for the support she gave to us. She is extremely professional, courteous, sensitive and supporting of her patients needs. Thank you Dr Usha for helping us in our time of need.......

A bit expensive ..but place is nice and well maintained. Like other UAE hospitals Doctors quality is average . Health sector is not up to the mark in UAE.

Avoid this place, like the plague...This is a horrible horrible place. We just had the worst experience. My 3 year old daughter cut her ear open and we were taken here by the hotel we were staying . Two different doctors came and said they will get the plastic surgeon in a few minutes. After wasting our time for 20 minutes they basically sent us away. The attendant kept talking about insurance, which we have but isnt local. She said it will be about 2,000 AED. I said money is not an issue. They came back and referred us to Rashid hospital. I said why? because all of a sudden their surgeon was not around. We are now at the American hospital where they are treating my daughter like a human...They actually covered her with a blanket and the sheets are layed with a white clean bed sheet not paper on rotten leather....

I have nothing but praise for the excellent and expert care I received at Prime Hospital during my delivery. The doctors gave me a reassuring feeling of confidence and were gentle and kind. I felt safe in their hands. The nursing and other staff were very friendly , helpful and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital to my friends & family. I did not have a good experience in both my visits . Unprofessional communication, the nurse is lost whether the doctor is on schedule or not. I usually do not give second chances and I was mistaken to give them a second chance. Never again !!!

Today 4th March: On my below feedback EVERYONE in PRIME HOSPITAL responded in EXCELLENT MANNER. Having issues is not big deal but aptitude to resolve them is what i learned from them. Special thanks to Dr Shameem n each & every staff Right now 25th Feb 1.40pm i am in labor room with my wife. We r told to move from labor to prelabor with my stuff. Hospital charging equal to Dubais most expensive hospitals but maintaining only 2 labor 2 prelabor rooms. My other 2 daughters got born in city hospital maintaining 13 labor rooms. If price is nearly same why not facilities. Staff is very friendly but less. Its 2pm but still awaiting lunch

Excellence in everything. This is the best hospital Ive seen in Dubai so far. All the services are great, but the nurses were amazingly dedicated and experienced. Their attitude is exceptional. Dr. Dina Shorbaji delivered my wife, her medical experience in incomparable. Huge thanks to her and to all of the staff in Prime Hospital.
