Marina LomayaIt was my first time to see dermatologist who didnt even look at the affected areas I was complaining about, not even once! Moreover he asked ME to touch the pimple I complained about and confirmed it is indeed hard so he could re confirm his assumption of what exactly it was. Thanks god insurance cover this, otherwise this circus would probably cost me what..500?

Dimitri XenosVery Bad Experience! Despite the great facade (nice facilities) first: they do not answer the calls Second once there you are considered as a cash cow and they will do everything to milk!! The perfect example my wife and I were a bit sick and they insisted on putting the antibiotic by drip which was ridiculous. Another pathetic example is that I went once with a food allergy and they refused to see me despite my face being swollen as I did not have an appointment. When I argued that it was an emergency and was not feeling well they told me to go to the emergency as they had no Doctor to see me!!!!!

Zipbowl Van vuurenWaited 6min for staff to answer. Requested confirmation of various tests that needed to done. First they provide a quote which gives a clear indication that they can provide all tests- then when u book appointment it gets comm that u would need to see specialists at other branches. I would suggest cust service as well as english language training courses for their employees.

Matt OAbsolutely terrible. Went in for a well man checkup. It felt like a human factory, with no questions asked about my general health or wellbeing. To top it off they later emailed me another patients medical results instead of my own! I wouldnt recommend anyone using this clinic.

Monika FallahThis clinic is well located in the heart of a residential community which is very convenient if you live near by. At first glance it seems well organized and provides a direct billing network. My consultation with the ObGyn was disappointing to say the least. I would not recommend her to any patient looking for a reliable and compassionate doctor. She is confrontational and very quickly asks you to see another doctor if you raise any issues. Will not go back.

Yazeed FakhouriHorrible. What to say when you encounter a situation so shocking that it leaves you in disbelief of how horrific a system of patient abuse and exploitation can be. A 10 minute consultation with am ENT doctor can set you back a AED 1,000. They view patients on the basis of what sort of insurance they have, and how many medical tests they can fit in to their examination report. The doctor will prescribe unnecessary exams and tests knowing very well that he is in no real position to determine what your issue is. They care very little about what the patient is suffering from, and take little time to reassure their patients of their diagnosis. Its sad times when doctors have hung up their stethoscopes for the promised rewards of milking their patients for as much as possible. Avoid at all costs. This clinic and the whole establishment is a scam.
