Khaled AlHouliTo get the correct location of the hospital you shall type City Hospital without Mediclinc Nice building! Has few of the best Doctors in Dubai. Well located with very close metro station. Very expressive service compare to other hospitals. ER isnt the best in Dubai, unorganised at some point. ER long waiting time. You really need to review the report and the bill just before leaving the hospital as mistakes are very common here. We have been charged twice for the same test! Parking is hell in this area.

Noora AbdullaI got approval for blood test on Wednesday but I havent been informed about it although I called the hospital on Thursday and checked and the answer was you have to wait until you receive message from the hospital ..I called today .Saturday and the lady who answered the phone checked my file and said your approval was ready on Wednesday.. very bad services although the nurse who suppose to seek approval from insurance confirmed to me several times that she will contact me..doctor is good and services are bad

All they want to charge you extravagant amount of money and to your insurance. I had my right knee meniscus and ACL operation in Dubai Mediclinic Healthcare (Dr Osama), after 1 year of my operation my knee got worst. My suggestion would be (STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL)

Matteo ValentiMy case was handled very unprofessionally and superficially. Wrong lab tests prescribed obviously gave no results. After a few months I got properly diagnosed and treated in a different structure. I would never use this hospital again even if it was the only one in the city.

Malik SIts a joke dont go there, no patient care, nurses are not serious and playing on there phones. Waste of time waiting for unqualified doctors, who should be working in a shisa place not Hospital. Disgrace to the profession. Management should either fix it or resign!!

Despina PTerrible service. Had to travel thru 3 buildings and 4 receptions to find my doctor and at the end to refuse to receive me because I was late. I was in pain and unable to come back again but no one made the effort to help me. No one answered the phone when I tried to call in and ask for assistance and inform Im late. This is just in line with mediclinic in dubai mall. There if you need emergency appointment, you have to wait for a week! Very disappointed. And still in pain but going to have to search for another hospital now. With a constraint pain, still not resolved.

tom thomasMy second son was born here. The doctor was friendly and great Dr.Ibrahim. The stay was for 4days taken excellent care by the nurses and faculty members. Thank you Mediclinic city Hospital. Would definitely recommend to all. Tom.

Gaurav KhannaMediclinic City Hospital (Healthcare City, Dubai) has become the worst hospital in last few years. I have to wait for 2 hours in emergency when my son was coughing 15-20 times every minute and turning blue. This hospital has totally INHUMAN, ROBOTIC and HEARTLESS support staff with useless management. Although the doctors seems nice, but trapped in a very stingy and under staff atmosphere and cannot deliver the real health care. Charging premium money (600 dhs/consultation) is not at all justified if I have to wait for 2 hours in an emergency, I would rather pay quarter of it in any other hospital to get myself consulted faster.

Sameer JoshiI had a CT heart scan done under referral by Dr Adam. I was told I will be called back after 2 days with the results. Its been 10 days now and I have called several times. Very difficult to get through to anyone on the phone and when I did I was told they will call back but no response. Pathetic service! The hospital only seems to be interested in claiming the insurance money.

Amer Albuttmanot very good costumer service and my wife and I were disappointed with the care she received while pregnant. Dr Jennifer Karsiscky has rave reviews on the net, so.we decided to go to her. unfortunately, we ended up wasting much valuable time. my wife had our first child in the usa and wanted a dr from the usa for our second child, as she was delivering in the uae . she was sorely disappointed with the lack of care and respect. we eventually transferred to dr Nadia at algarhoud and what a difference it made. excellent physician and one of the best hospitals

Islam AYadCustomer service at this clinic was subpar per my experience. I am 30 weeks pregnant and will look for another hospital. My Dr is fine but the hospital staff is unbearable. Example 1: I go in to get some lab work done (results should be available immediately for this particular test), when I ask for the lab results they say I have to wait. Thats fine. I wait 5 days and still nothing from the hospital. I call 3 days in a row until finally on the third day I get an email with the results. Example 2: I was traveling out of the country and informed the staff that I would not be in the country days prior to my appointment, they said it was fine. I go to my appointment only to be informed it has been cancelled bc I was unable to confirm the appointment. These are just two examples of the many unfortunate experiences Ive had with this hospital .

waleed omerfrom a medical point of view I never had a serious issue but last few incidents with the insurance section of the hospital were really bad, doctor requested a brain MRI , called my insurance next morning to push it through to find it was never requested, went to the hospital to investigate, was tossed back & forth between the in-house & out-patient insurance sections & when someone from insurance section called the clerk (Janise) who filed the request I could hear her shouting "why is he angry its not even 24 hrs yet" thats when I requested to meet their manager who cam apologized & miraculously managed to get the approval while I was venting & promised to send me an email with her finding & action which did not happen (found from the insurance company that she sent the request without a code/price) Great building & equipment no empathy
