On the 1st of august 2017 at 8pm , My wife was admitted in Medeor 24/7 hospital in Dubai for delivery. First and foremost i would like to thank Dr Shiva and team for taking good care of my wife and my baby during and post delivery respectively. Dr shiva is the best gynecologist ever. I would like to share the best experience i had till date in a hospital during my admission. I would like to thank Ms Lubna Naeem-Supervisor of the Patient Care department who took an Amazing care of my family and our end to end needs in the hospital , she was indeed a great Host . Friends and family who visited us to see the baby and my wife was also amazed with the level of service they witnessed and i assure you that all of them if needed will visit medeor for their health Care. Me and my family did not realize or was made felt that we were in a hospital, instead the warmth felt was nothing less than a staycation in a top 5star hotel in the country Im so delighted and happy to mention that the reason for the warmth is none other than Ms Lubna and Team. My Son was socking in his blood in recovery room. This hospital is a liability to health care in Dubai. TVs doesnt work in some room. Forget about requesting for any service. If you have food intolerance case bring your food they dont know what is diary free. 28/4/2017: Thanks for asking to share my details, but did you check if I can do that using Google maps? I wont post my details here. Look into the picture you will know your patient and can find my details on his file. 25/5/2017: Just to share with the public, Medoer took proper action on this incident, received more than 10 phone calls to go through the gaps and looks like things had changed. Thanks to Lydia, Lubna, Yahia for your reach out. This was my experience and might not be the case for you, in the end this is subjective review of all the facts happened with me.

We have had an Excellent Experience with Dr. Mohammed Zaheeruddin Specialist Pediatrician working with Medeor Hospital. He is an excellent doctor with perfect diagnosis. He has been the doctor of our kid for 5 years and we are more than satisfied with his skills. He is excellent in dealing with kids with lot of compassion. One of the best pediatrician we know is based at Medeor, Dubai. He is Dr. Mohammed Zaheeruddin. I have two kids aged 10 and 5, and I feel my children are in safe hands in case of any medical issues with their health. I saw the nice reviews and chose this hospital for a Orthopedics Dr. Emad Tawfik. Ive never written a review for a hospital on Google, but I was so pleasantly treated that I just wanted to show my thanks. The hospital is super convenient to get to from BurJuman metro. The hospital is clean! Bathrooms spacious. Everyone is dressed nicely and new clothes (which is kinda nice. When youre sick you dont want to go somewhere thats dirty and being treated by people dressing like they dont care about themselves -- Medeor is not like that.) got my medical report by email without having to follow up. Everything was so nice. If I need it in the future I would come back here for sure!

Being afraid to go to a hospital, is only but natural for most expats in this country. Having said that, medeor hospital has gone above and beyond to help me at every instance and have won my trust. The nurses and doctors who were responsible for mine and my babys treatment were kind, professional and reassuring, the same can be said for every member of staff at Medeor that I encountered. Feels good to be treated in a place that doesnt smell like a hospital and the food is superior. Its the only hospital in dubai that I have been too, that had round the clock pediatric care. I first heard about this hospital 2 months ago when I was recommended a fundoplication surgery and Ive been searching for a qualified Doctor and several surgeons highly recommended Dr. Ali Reza. I came and met him and all was good in the world, I had no doubt how qualified and capable he was! Just had my surgery 2 days ago and everything in this hospital was amazing from nurses, cleanliness, Doctor care around the clock, and Dr. Ali and Dr. Mohsen were just amazing explaining everything and making me feel so comfortable throughout the last 2 days. Im very very impressed and would definitely recommend it to everyone I know. Theyre just all amazing!!!!

I delivered my first baby here on the recommendation of a friend. I was consulting Dr Elizabeth Mathew what do I say about her she is extremely patient and very well experienced. On the day of the delivery even after some complications she and her team of skillfull doctor and nurses tried to the fullest for a normal delivery which did happen. I would like to mention the names of nurses who were very helpful and patient with me during my labour sr.sajju and sr selva big thank u to u both. I also am greatly indebted and thankful to the nicu team who took great care of my baby while I was undergoing treatment sr Srikala, sr Yasmina and others they always went out of their way to help me with my baby. I was recently an inpatient at Medeor 24/7 Hospital in Dubai for major surgery. I was hugely impressed with the level of medical care I received during my stay. From the moment I was admitted to when I was discharged, I was given world class treatment and felt like a member of the Medeor family. Only two weeks following my surgery, I was able to return to work and my normal routine, my recovery has been extremely quick which I must give credit to the medical team who treated me. I would highly recommend Medeor 24/7 Hospital to family, friends and business colleagues.

My mother, Linda, was admitted to Medeor247Hospital on the 24th of November and discharged against medical advice on the 10th of December. During her in-patient and out-patient treatment, she received excellent care from Neurologist Dr. Arun Sharma and Dermatologist Dr. Suresh Rengasamy. Her attending nurses were also outstanding. Unfortunately, not all facets of her care were executed with the same excellence of her doctors and nurses- due to Administrative incompetence. Significant stress and strain was added to her and her physicians regarding insurance matters- the individual responsible for communication between the patient and the insurance company (Mr. Wael) did not meet my mother until her 14th day in the hospital. As a result, she was forced to make several stressful and lengthy calls to her insurance company to petition them for needed updates and extensions. After several days of this added stress, my mother and I requested to meet with the upper officials of the hospital. As such, Mr. Lee (official position unknown) met with us and only after meeting him did things finally begin to fall into action. It was only after this meeting that we finally met Mr. Wael (who claimed he had already met my mother) and the needed updates began to occur. Furthermore, we requested an additional meeting with the director of the hospital, Mr. Vanay, who though apologetic, lacked sincerity and empathy. A lot of ridiculous excuses were given to my mother and I regarding the poor performance of the administrative officials. Ultimately, the issues were resolved, but it added significant duress to my mother which worsened her already fragile condition. The care and welfare of the patient should be strictly between that patient and his or her attending physician. It is unacceptable for matters of administrative incompetence, unavailability, and laziness to interfere with the medical care of the patient.

Well i dont know from where to begin. I came to Medeor hospital based on a friend recommendation for both the hospital and Dr. Zainab Ibrahim, after my first obsterician decided to take her annual leave one week before my due date. From the appointment call center, Ms Jamila was amazing and you can feel her smile through your phone call. I came to check the hospital and i was so impressed from the helpful reception and Ms. Lubna who was very kind and welcoming and answering to all my questions; clarifying every single detail, since i was a cash patient looking for delivery package. I was admitted to Dr. Zainab Ibrahim, and there are no words to describe her professionality and kindness. She is what a doctor is supposed to be. Although i was admitted two days before my actual delivery day. She was more than welcoming and gone through all my medical reports. Two days later, during delivery she was so calm yet caring and encouraging. You are in safe hands with her. The delivery and post delivery rooms were very clean and well equipped. Afterwards the hospital was very generous to gift us a baby basket with lots of useful goods. I know it is so good to be true, but that was my experience... I will go there whenever i need any medical service... Already started recommending to my friends. Thank you Dr. Zainab and Medeor hospital staff... I was blessed with my exeprience... Hamdula...

My stay here at Medeor 24x7 Hospital Dubai was amazing and extremely comfortable. I am a US contractor that was medevaced to Medeor for a work related back injury. As I landed in Dubai I was immediately welcomed and greeted by Medeor representatives. Everything from transportation, bedding, and meals were taken care of by the hospital and its team. Lubna the supervisor of patient care has done an amazing job ensuring her amazing and truly kind staff took care of me with absolute professionalism and human kindness. I was seen by Dr. Arun!! He is an amazing neurologist that took the time to, most importantly, listen to me in detail and assess my condition. He came in everyday to check on me and asess my progress. Even tho he is busy he never made me feel rushed or insignificant. I always felt like his priority! He is a gentle genius and I would recommend him to anyone! After tests, they found out I had a number of spinal injuries that required physical therapy! Dr. Arun gave me an amazing physical therapist Dr. Sheetal who throughout sessions took the time to educate me on my condition, future implications, and provided me with at home exercises and stretches to do due to the fact that my condition will, unfortunately, be a lifelong thing! Dr. Arun also showed me some yoga poses and breathing and relaxation techniques for cervical and lumbar sponduilosis and muscle spasms. The team here at Medeor 24x7 Hospital Dubai is truly amazing. I got well rounded service and care! Not to mention the hospital is clean, well kept, and the food is amazing! Best food Ive had in any hospital anywhere Ive been. Even during my discharge the staff ensured I received all my medical records, mri scans, treatment plan, recommendations, and lab results IN HAND before I left the hospital. They gave me all numbers necessary and urged me to call anytime if I needed any more information or help in the future. I didnt feel like just another patient, I felt like a human being that they cared for! I recommend Medeor 24x7 Hospital Dubai to anyone. If Im ever ill again I wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

This review is for people who are looking for a hospital which provides an experience more than only a trip made for any sickness or surgery. My Mother went through a surgery here what we have experienced we have not experienced or felt in any of the hospitals in dubai mainly. From the security staff to nurses to the doctors and the management team,,everyone had their own way of making the patient and their family members comfortable and friendly. Staffs friendliness was not only during the stay but even after they go to the extra mile to stay in touch with my mother.. Discharge process was highly appreciative and smooth.. All the nurses were very patient with us. Lydia and Lubna from the management team were extra helpful with the process of pre and post surgery formalities..they both are very hardworking with their work... Icu team went to the length of making mother so comfortable that she still talks about them especially nurses like lovely..julie and preity ..made mother felt at home and never left her side. Thankyou to Dr Seemin from Icu as well and gratitude to mony erica and martin also. Thankyou to whole team of Medeor each and every single member of this hospitals family are in our prayers and will always be suggested to others looking for a hospital treating patients with same kind of equal treatment... Keep up the spirit of hospitality and kindness alive we need more people and hospitals like medeor... You all guys are doing a great job please keep it the same way looking forward to recommend this hospital to everyone.

From start to finish not impressed sorry !!!very nice friendly staff but huge issue on organisation not being mean but it is a good thing hospital has low traffic otherwise would be just the end of it also no communication between departments even if my operation went well and minor did add some extra stress before end since made me ask why do i need to repeat myself and lastly staff very nice but not great English or poor understanding with very strong accent sorry Medor but need to work on it if you wish to catch up with medcare hospital

بشكل عام المستشفى فخم مرتب نظيف والموظفين بشوشين اكتر شي ملفت للانتباه تجربتي الخاصة الدكتورة رائعة صبورة وداعمة للمريض المساعدات في غرفة الولادة ممتازات ومحترفات ولكن كان هناك عدم متابعة مع الدكتورة اثناء الولادة لمعرفة ما يجب اعطاء المريض اثناء الوجع كانت تاتي الدكتورة وتسال هل اعطوكي مسكن اقول لا فتعطيهم تعليمات يجب ان يكون هناك متابعه وحرص اكثر بعد الولادة الغرفة مهيأة بكل ما يلزم نظيفة ومرتبة المشرفات على الاطفال لم يأتو لتعليمي كيف يتم ترضيع الطفل ولم يحاولو او يسالوني اذا كان بامكاني اطعام الطفل ام لا واعطوها حليب صناعي لم يكن هناك سؤال بشكل مستمر عن المريض وكنت اشعر اني لست في مستشفى لم احد يسالني اذا اردت شيء الا بضع زيارات يجب المتابعة اكثر الطعام في المستشفى سيء وغير شهي اطلاقا الهدايا المقدمة رائعة ومفيدة جدا من الحقيبة وسلة مستلزماتوالام والطفل وكانت شاملة جميع الاحتياجات ولكن انا حاليا انصح صديقاتي بتجربة الولادة في المستشفى لانها قدمت لي شيء نوعا ما مميز شكرا
