Abhishek LakhotiaWe were there for the delivery of our baby. The hospital, facilities, doctors and care all were very good. But have to highlight the nurses on the maternity floor were exceptional. If I had to name outstanding people there, I would need a copy of the roster as all were amazing -genuine care and concern, were immediately available and responded within 30 seconds of the call bell ringing, at anytime of the day or night. The day of discharge felt like staying back only because of the nurses and care. Outstanding. Thank you all.

ekema marylynIts quite a great establishment,the staff is made up of warm and welcoming people, I visited with my sister to see a Dr in internal medicine .The Dr was very experienced and answered almost all of our questions and cleared all of our worries.Sometimes the wait is long but it usually depends on what day of the week you are visiting.All in all its a great place and with a little effort it will get even better. I will definitely like to come again if the need arises

I was a new customer to Medcare and it took me 20 minutes total for registration paperwork, weight/height/blood pressure check, a full consultation and check up with the doctor and payment. Absolutely wonderful and I would recommend coming here with no hesitation!

I feel like I am in 5 star hotel and always nurses are on your finger. So helpful and knowledgeable angels I met in pediatric unit. Tried calling them and they keep on saying someone will call you back which never happened!!! They dont care about hygiene I have seen many parents walk into the new born room and thats not right .

Iusufbek AkhmedovWe were told that we have to do routine scan at the radiology department and for that we have to make an appointment. We were advised that appointment can be done over the phone. Tried to get hold of them for 3 days in a row. They promise to call back and nothing ....! Tried to call them back my call was not answered ever since. On the second attemped gtting hold of the through a main reception managed to speak to them. They act as no one ever contacted them earlier... Would have rate the professionalism of the Radiology departments front desk staff as -5 if would be available.

Mark FedrickThe worst ever management and hospital ever faced. there are few old Nurses , who do not know how to behave with fellow staffs. Any people looking for job must be very cautious in selecting this organization for Job. They make people work for 14 hours a day. this review is posted for DHAs & Ministry of labor attention. Kindly get into the hospital and please check how many hours individuals work. This hospital is running short of staffs and they squeeze the employees to the maximum. Dr. Azad Moopen & management is only concerned about the revenue from this Hospital. None of their employees are taken care. There is too much of inhuman behavior and perturbation by these staffs. The same has already been notified to DHA. However any higher authorities looking into this from the government please help few lives from excruciation. The HR team is the worst i have ever seen that is the only reason I am writing in this review for help. A serious investigation can prove all above.

Alaa AtaI have no idea why no one pick up the phone at this hospital! After I did some tests the nurse gave me my papers and a paper for another patient to drop at the reception! I gave it to the first person I saw at the reception and complained about it. A few moments after I left the nurse gave me a call to check where I left the paper.
