I have visited Medcare hospital several times since 2015 and found it satisfactory and most advanced in Dubai. Amazing Hospital, staff, facilities, doctors, nurses. Doctors were knowledgeable and friendly. I would like to highlight Dr. Marija Pavlovic, she is high professional dentist and friendly along with her nurses. I had some dental problem and it was difficult to solve it but Dr. Marija Pavlovic treated in very professional manner and now I am feeling good. Thanks to Dr. Marija!!!heaving good experience in Dentists section, I decided to go for other departments - Surgery, urology and got same-very qualified treatment.

The worst hospital ever!! I hope someone reads reviews before going to this so called "hospital". I had the worst experience ever, I dont even know why the dha doesnt make an inspection here and actually has a look of what is happening in this clinic, I would not even bring my dog here and not to say a human being. First of all, the customer service is TERRIBLE! They treat you really bad, they have no idea of what is happening and how to do their job, they make constant mistakes with bookings and payment... I cannot even count the things they do wrong. There was only one person as a cashier (cannot remember the name) who actually knew what he is doing and I only assume they are paid and treated really really bad since they cant do their job properly. The receptionists have no idea what they are doing, the receptionist called me 2 min before my scheduled appointment to tell me that the doctor needs to cancel and I was already at the main entrance, on another occasion I went there on a previously confirmed and booked appointment and they said noone booked me in, and on a third occasion I was waiting there for 15min and then they told me the doctor cannot see me anymore?! Disaster disaster... Payment is another topic. I was quoted a price which I had to pay before starting my treatment, I asked several times if this was the right amount before I started anything, 5 different people confirmed to me that this is the amount I will pay so because of that I proceeded with the appointment. After my first appointment they said there has been a mistake and they wanted me to pay a different price which was double the amount. When I proceeded to the cashier, in the 20 min I spent there trying to explain to the staff what is happening, he told me 3 different prices! Three! As if this is a market and I am buying shoes so we are bargaining for the price. This is health people! Healthcare! Human beings who came to you because they have health issues. And you offer this kind of service?! Anyhow, the doctor is a completely different story, the dentist Marija Pavlovic - I will only say this - dont go there. She was fast and was only trying to do everything fast so that she can get rid of you, she wasnt thorough and at the end when I showed the X-rays to my dentist back home I was told that my treatment was not done properly. So there you go - you pay money (which was not the original price I was quoted on) for something that is done terrible to you and you leave that "hospital" in even worst state that you came in. And by the way you get treated really bad by all the staff you will meet. Also, the hospital is really dirty. I will only mention the Customer Service manager (I cannot remember her name), she called after numerous times I have tried to speak someone and she apologized and tried to solve the problem as quick as possible. If there is one single person in all the MedCare Hospitals in Dubai that works there and knows what they are doing (and that includes the doctors) is this lady. I will make sure noone I know steps a foot in this hospital.

Worst experience ever!!! Had tests done and no one got back to me with the results. I called 10 times and left my name and number and no one called me back. They asked me to to check the online patient portal but my tests were not posted online. No one answers calls or replies to emails, Extremely unprofessional!!!! Avoid at all costs.

Very poor service, no sense of responsibility, despite of many calls to customer care, no one ever bothered to give me an appointment for MRI because of which i had to suffer a lot. There was no issue from Insurance side but only hospital was responsible for being so careless. Pathetic services. Docs are so average kind. Specially Jumeirah (Umm Sequeim) Branch

Worst Ever Hospital, I have seen. No people can work with them.The working Time here for every individual is 14Hours Minimum. There is no UAE labor inspection in this hospitals, so that the employees are being Harassed and treated like slaves. Please do not select this place to work. Your life will be miserable. i would rate 0 for their Quality and Inhuman Behavior. I wish someone could look into this and support many lives.

I will give you even less than 1 star if possible. You are a bunch of dishonest people and always lying. It has been 7 days and I am waiting for a physio appointment for my wife. I tried reaching the clinic of Dr. Nikola Vagic without any success left several messages and then I have been told that still no approval from insurance company. Talked to the insurance company and they told that on our insurance package physio theraphy is pre-approved and the hospital should be aware of this. I also chcked if any approval has been submitted by hospital they said not at all as approval is not required. Same thing happened when MRI was required and told that approval is required, infact no approval was required but then nurse gave a lame excuse that MRI is busy but believe me it was all empty not even a single patient. I am not just gonna stop here this complain is sure gonna go to DHA.

Staff called Hind (receptionist) at the Doctors reception was very unprofessional, rude,disorganised and dont care attitude.I would not recommend this hospital it to my worst enemy and was definitely my last visit. Doctor Suhail was extremely good but not anyone else in the hospital.

Worst experience with reception and administration...!! To begin with they withheld the card till we finish our consultation with Dr and later they forgot to return the card. We received a call to collect our card. We visited the hospital and reception informed that they never found the card. Concerned reception informed us to apply for New card rather than putting enough efforts to find it. Inspite of several visits and follow up, we have not received our card back. Once again, we have been informed that card is with hospital but again concerned staff could not find the card. The another issue was about sick leave certificate. At first instance, the online system was not working so Ms Suha responsible for issuing certificate informed that they will create leave certificate and send us by email. My wife followed up several times but no one was answering properly. My wife finally decided to visit again for follow up due to lack of assistance and responsibility. We informed them about such experience but they was no attention from anyone.. Please be careful when u visits the hospital as reception staff is irresponsible and unprofessional..

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! ( One star is toooo much!!!!) We went to emergency becouse of difficult breath couth and fever, first of all we had to pay, then doctor had a quick check and said nothig serius, only a bit of flu thake 2 panadol and relax. We went back to hotel, in night time no way to breath so we went, the day after, in the closest hopital we found near the Hotel in Ajman ( really high quality help) and we discovery that the problem was not a flu but peural emmision with hart running to much fast for the effort to breath, he was recoveder immidiatly to the Intensive Unit care!!!!!!!

Actually, This hospital requires close monitoring by dubai health authority. I took appointment with dental section and when a I came l have been tolled that my appointment is cancelled due to further insurance inquires..no one call or sms me before I came... very bad experience.

I didnt check any reviews unfortunately before I came here and I thought it was a one time incident when I could only see my doctor 30 minutes after my appointment ... Today I have a consultation at 9 and the doctor is not even in yet ... Reading the reviews , now I understand that it is common in this hospital ... I hope this reaches the GM , too many bad reviews in a very short period of time...

I do not refer any of medcare clinic in an emergency as they are worse in Dubai Specially There is no coordination between there laboratory and clinics during consultation they will tell test reports with in 5-6 days but in actual they takes more than 15 days Think if someone is in emergency and this happening

The worst hospital ever, very business focusing hospital. I made an appointment and went to the hospital. The receptionist and Doctor were absent. Waited for 1 hour without any update. The nurse was playing her kids and didnt care about patient(there were also other people waiting for the doctor) who were waiting for long time. They finally arranged to see another doctor, however The doctor gave me really poor diagnosis. He even didnt check my medical history. They just try to take money, and we dont get anything. I definitely dont recommend to go this hospital.

It took me 18 minutes waiting on the line to reach Al Safa Medcare... this is my 3rd call , each time they took my number to return me. Noones calling back... Finally I reached someone from management, hoping her to call me back regarding an urgent issue...

Went to the emergency room last night. They asked me to follow up for a lab test today. When I came to the hospital today, the lab reception told me that my data is not in the system. This is what I call a red flag for a bad hospital. Then I saw a lady fighting to get her refund as she had been waiting for two hours for her lab tests to be done. They need to up their performance and tell the staff not to eat chips at the counters.

I took my baby son to ER at 10.00 pm. There was only one person admitting patients and only one doctor checking them. My son was supposed to wait at least 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor. I ended up leaving and going to another hospital. This is unacceptable by any standards. Never again to visit this hospital.

The out patient administrative staff are horrible and very rude. The appointments are never on time. Every time I go I have to wait for more than one hour and some times more to see the doctors. The vales of the hospital are not practiced; the staff do not help you and they do not care. Even if you are in pain; one lady she was waiting for more than one hour and a half and told the staff she had an operation and was in pain and could not sit down any longer but they did not care and they let other patients see the doctor instead. she told them she is going home but they did not care to even talk to her. I wish the hospital train their admin staff to be more polite and manage the appointments and the patients better.

Went today for blood collection.Approached the reception nurse in the dermatology department where i should get the lab requisition form.I greeted them nicely but no reply,no good morning,not even looking at me, even asking what I want.And when i told them i need the paper for the lab,they just stare and looking like im someone stupid.Very very rude manners.They have to be trained how to treat their patients well,not only in medical but attitude wise.They make me feel unwelcome and more unwell.

Worst hospital in uae. No sense of urgency or sense of duty. Feels very unwelcoming every time. No one to listen. Emergency babies have to be taken from emergency to some other section than another. The laboratory is the worst even as my kid was almost unconscious, and even after the test paper was written as urgent still had to wait in heavy queue like non emergency patients. Then again sent to cashier to pay first before test. What an absolute nightmare !!! System down had to wait for hours before medicines could be given to emergency patients. After tell many times, handwritten prescription where given. Pharmacy also asked to pay for a covered medicine. After much reasoning they called insurance company to find out that it was covered. In the meantime patients conditions went bad to worse. To care for human life . Shame on such organisation.

Horrible service, appointments or not, expect to wait on average 1.5 hrs, your time will be liberally wasted. Poor staff and doctor coordination is evident, emergencies are not treated like ones and I have seen ER doctors refuse treatment outside of the ER (when not enough beds) because they arent allowed to see patients outside of the room, which is pure bureaucratic nonsense.

Facilities are ok, but the consultation itself feels hurried and impersonal.. Doctor keeps telling me "not to examine myself".. so how am i suppose to assess my overall health if i dont? Its not like diagnosed myself then self medicated.. I went to have a checkup! im not sure how doctors nowadays feel about patients trying to ask them about research they did prior to consultation, but they need to understand they mostly do it out of concern for their own health, not to show the doctor that theyre smarter than them or to test their knowledge.

For my 2nd delivery we were really confused to select a hospital in Dubai. We visited many hospitals and finally with a wavering mind only we decided Medcare Hospital. But, we felt really comfortable when we met Dr. Sharta Barta Gosh of this hospital on our first check-up. Her cool and professional nature is really impressive. During the severe pain of delivery, Dr and the 2 nursing staff helped me a lot for the quick delivery. We really appreciate the comfort level provided by Dr. and the supporting staff of Medcare Hospital. Till the time of discharge, each department staff was very friendly and helping their best.
