Jacob Jose!!!!DANGER!!!! Nobody who needs Emergency help should go to LIFELINE Hospital in Jebal Ali! They have an Emergency Ward with many ambulances parked outside but when I went there complaining of Hernia pain, there was no doctors on duty. When I asked the receptionist about it, she said shes not the one responsible and it is the managements duty to ensure doctors are available in case of an Emergency. She said the management is not doing anything about the issue and not answering the phones when she calls. She said every patient who comes to the hospital complains to her but she cant do anything. She acknowledged that in case anyone comes to the Emergency Ward then, there is high chance that person will not survive without a doctor present. There was not a single car in the hospital parking lot, and the hospital in general was empty, and I think the management is planning to close the hospital. There is no other explanation for the gross negligence of human life. Anyway I am going to report them to the authorities. Just wanted to post this message first just in case it will save any lives.

Israa Nassrallahi visited lifeline clinic in JBR and i was pregnant that time, they took blood sample for some important tests and till now more than 1 and a half year no one come back to me with the results of the tests and i met with a bleeding one time during my pregnancy and i called the dr that shes from lifeline hospital she never respond on my calls personally i dont recommend any one to visit this hospital or their clinics

Faith AndroWorst customer service ever... Their level is far below than a tiny grocery shop in the corner of your neighbourhood.the Customer service staff face just like" oh no there is Customer, dont ask me anything". I came on April 11 to check my skin. The staff without a courtesy of Customer service staff just flat told me we dont have skin doctor here. No other words come from him. I checked in the website that they have dermatologist doctor . So i came back again and he flat said doctor already left the company. No wonder why....

Rashid HussainNurses are rude. I went to visit a friend right after he had surgery he was still on I.V. Fluid. Had to call Nurse 10 times bcoz his I.V. Fluid stoped due to blood cloth in I.V. Catheter when finally she came in first she twisted and turned the I.V. Set that didnt work then she filled up a 5 cc syringe and tried to push the blood cloth from catheter into the vein. When I told her she get upset.

Cameron HallI just went into the emergency section for a sore ankle. I got treated wonderfully by the nurses on staff. They explained things to me and got me seen to quickly. I even got wheeled down to the cab by the nurse. It is not my first good expirence from this hospital as well.

shafaat hussainBad customer service, few good doctors. Doctors would frequently make you do many tests and would not always call back in time to convey the results ;you have to check back. Watch out if you have Co_insurance payment on your health insurance, you pay it on full amount while the insurance company gets the discount. For example if your charges are AED 1000, discount is 500, youre made to pay co-insurance on 1000. So for, say 20%, youre paying AED 200, 500 discount goes to insurance company who pay only the remaining 300. So in effect youre paying almost 40 % and in some cases even 50%. Demand the bill next time and youll see for yourself but watch out theyll give few excuses not to print you the bill.

Y ManiPathetic service , we approached for ENT problem , the doctor is not even ready to listen our problems , he is more concerned about money and simply made us to come many times as there is no insurance covered . How doctors can be so bad and money minded. Plz dont come to this hospital He has not given treatment for what we went even he did not give clear picture what is happening. Plz plz dont go . kanika uniyalWent there for stomach pain. After ultrasound we got report indicating appendicitis surgery. Thank God we didnt go for it there and thought to take second opinion. we double checked the issue with CT scan in another hospital which came out clean with no issue at all. It was just gastric problem. So just be carefull about the radiology lab report (in my case it was completely wrong ) double check with other hospitals too.

Can KorBad customer service. Didnt follow up on my case. Promised to call to arrange appointments for ultrasound and gp but I ended up calling myself 4 hours after the promised time.

andrew matthewsThe medtech took a blood sample from my right wrist after finding it hard to find a spot on my right arm. He didnt bother looking at my left arm so went with my wrist. It was painful and now I have been unable to use my right hand without pain for 3hours.... I could clearly see a vein to take blood from and even pointed it out but he said " theres nothing there". Extremely disappointed!!!
