Went to the hospital and intentionally watched out to have a review . The prices for the services is relatively cheap compared to the other places I have visited. Dr Lily (gynea) was nice and courteous, didnt act like she wanted to bleed my insurance card as she advised I visit when need be, but I will suggest some privacy in the office (maybe lock the door from inside) so people dont just bash in at will. Majority of the receptionists were nice and courteous but then you have some not so nice ones (met one in the injection room) so a name tag on every staff will be idea so as to be able to call out the person to the management easily. I will ignore the complaints about the emergency department cos even little cuts make patient go straight to the emergency department which is not supposed to be.. When its an emergency there is a very high chance to be attended to.

Really miss managed place. Went there for lower back pain and the specialist doctor was incredibly rude. My sister asked him a few very relevant questions and he snapped at her telling her why is she asking so many questions. As a patient I think its my right to get as much information about my condition as I can. They even made me wait for 3 and a half hours for my insurance approval and kept telling me that they have sent the approval request to my insurance company but when I called my insurance company they hadnt received it, I asked again and was told the same thing. When I went to the insurance desk there was a "doctor" there sitting and playing on his phone, when I asked him about my insurance approval he said on yes. He clicked something on his screen and said its done. He made me wait for 3 and a half hours for nothing, all he had to do was one click! Unbelievable!

I havent visited the hospital, just need a review about the urology department, my wife is having urine infection, she did a checkup from clinics but in result there was no infection. So I decided to check from specialist in urology and female doctor. She is having insurance of Next Care with RN3/PCP Network. Can someone please advice or from the hospital that how much it is going to cost for all the checkup, does anyone know about their urology department how it is and the doctors. Thanks, Faisal

Really bad service registration office refused to register until approved by insurance where I showed her the insurance paper. Some how I managed to get the doctor in emergency who refused to treat me as it previously operated. Without taking x ray or any checkup he didnt even see the abscess. Now i n emergency I need to wait another doctor for 3 hours may be he will accept really surprising

One of the worst hospitals in the UAE. There is nothing you can call it privacy in this bad hospital, when my wife was delivering inside the operations room, there were a lot of males inside, and apart from all there were visitors inside, yes visitors inside the operations room simply...... And they made many mistakes between my wife and another lady who has the same first name( they gave me her clothes and let me book a room and go with her). At the end and at discharge time, it took from them 7 hours to finalize the bill after adding many payments which are not reasonable to be there in the bill, and they refused to give me the original bill after paying because as their rude impolite staff (Shafi) said it is late in the night and I should come another day and when I went to the ward to take my wife and my son they refused and asked me for the original bill and after calling the policeman in the hospital who couldnt force them to give me my bill back which is my right, he helped only in taking my family out without the bill. Shame on this disgusting hospital.

From the receptionist to the radiologist, staff are professional, courteous and do everything they can to help. They dont care what nationality you are and they try to provide the healthiest solution for you, and not one that will benefit the hospitals bottom line. The entire hospitals priority is always the patients first.

Worst hospital system They do not understand the concept of emergency. Cant even open a temporary file for treatment for a 1 year old baby whos in pain without having the passport or ID along. Basically had to leave with nothing but wasted time.

The worst hospital ever dont go, I stayed with my daughter in the paediactric ward. It was 2 nights of hell, they allow gents to visit past midnight turning all the lights on. Weve been here 2 nights and theres no diagnosis to whats wrong with my daughter. They put my daughter in the same room as another child with foot and mouth desease. We complained so they moved them to a private room. This is a scam.

Very disappointed, insurance claim SMS for my electrocardiogram received after 8 hours of waiting, basically when I left the hospital.. Basically if you PAY directly for them is better. Called my insurance after short investigation the approval from their side was send at 13:00 pm, from the hospital at 18:00pm just when I give up and back home..

This got to be the worst hospital in u a e , I came here with severe kidney stone pain , the doctor who attended was about OK, he told me to go for further test and get the insurance approval . I waited for 3 hours with severe pain and the lady behind insurance counter who thinks being on Facebook is more important than patients kept lying about the insurance approval . I spoke to the insurance company and they said the hospital never sent any request .They play with peoples lives and emotions . I hope Dubai medical authority takes notice and close this hospital for good

Terrible experience with Dr. Bachar AbouBaker (Orthopaedic Surgeon). He said that our baby leg requires surgery while it was absolutely normal. What the baby has is called normal variation of leg development. Thanks God, we didnt listen to him.

Careful with Dr. Quack. Worst! My friend has been having diarrhea for Months! The Doctor (whose name I wish I did not forgot for future patients to avoid! )should have been smart enough to know that something is not right! After 1 test, it came out negative and he ruled out its all in the patients mind! Who was he to say that?As far as I remembered he was not a psychiatrist?! We had second opinion on another hospital and had been found out that my friend has severe amoeba, gastritis, inflammation and internal hemorrhoid. From that you guys decide what kind of doctors this hospital have :) If we believed him Hod knows what will happen to my friend. This doctor has to understand the weigh of his job! Because he clearly does not know.

I travelled all the way from ethiopia to this hospital thinking that it was a good one!!!! But unfortunately I wasted my money and my time !! I checked up in the gynecologist AZADPOR but she was busy looking at her computer I wasnt even sure if she was listening to me !!!!!! And she seems that she wasnt taking the matter seriously after several tests she prescribed some medicines I finished them all !!!! BUT NOTHING CHANGED AT ALL!! and very bad treatment from all the stuff. Im planning to visit UAE again for the same purpose but I dont think I will go to this hospital again!!!

The doctor is friendly and attentive, the nurses are friendly and very helpful, the staff are nice, the environment is very clean. The general atmosphere is very good. Without any exaggeration, it is one of the best medical center (hospital) in the city of Dubai. Being in-patient there, received super professional services from its staff with courtesy and care. The knowledge of the doctors and physicians are much more than other specialist in other hospitals. It is my recommended place to go in the time of illness. However, I wish everyone good health.

Bad experience two days ago my old brother went there cause feel not good the blood pressure was very high they tried to controlled and they asked for the deposite and some blood tests after that he left they told him everything ok he went to home still feel not good he messure it was same as before and the doctor in other clinic he told him why they did not do cholesterol test why??? And why they let you go ? And my brother he still same situation very bad experience if he is in canada here they will not let him go desont matter there is money or not. Note he paid the full amount that they asked. I do not recommended.

I like the hospital but i really need answer now about one thing happened with me and my wife. We visited there to make check up for my wife pregnant,first doctor she said still early to see and she sent us to make ultra sound but still nothing clear and early. Next visit we didnt see same doctor and we request to see another doctor .after she make check up she asked my wife are you sure that your pregnant. My Question is she a doctor or what and she doesnt know anything and it was easy for her to say go ultra sound. Please any answer for my question.

Few years back I had a small health issue. I went to the Iranian Hospital and had a test done, and a prescription filled. The cost was 75 Dhs. I decided to get a second opinion. So I went to the American Hospital. Had the exact same test done, had the same diagnosis, and was prescribed the same medicine. The cost was 700 Dhs, excluding the medicine.

Anything for the money, for a normal seasonal fever the doctor asked us to take glucose, we expressed no interest in taking it but he still wrote it and the stupid nurses kept my wife waiting for the injection 45 minutes because she refused to take the glucose. All because the insurance was paying the bill.

I visited an ophthalmologist proffesor Hamid Sajjadi with my father.he is getting blind.we had appointment at 8.30 morning but the dr arrived at 9.30.He was a very good caring dr.I liked him.usually all drs in this hospital trying to send u away quickly.every time we pay for appointment but drs dont talk more than 5 min.this dr checked my father very well thank to him.we had to be there 4 hours and at last the printer didnt work so we couldnt take the report and the scan copy.they promised to send by email.now my father eyes burning when he uses medicine but i cant talk to dr to ask if he should use it so far or not.we live far from hospital i m calling every day but his nurse khanum Zarei tells she ll ask and call back she ll send email now. And one week i m calling her she lies to me today tomorrow. Its very bad from such a nice dr and hospital to show this behaviour. I have to go there again so as they dont cooperate.

Since 2011 i have been using Iranian Hospital and liked it so much BUT. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN IN MY LIFE, Plz DO NOT GO TO IRANIAN HOSPITAL.. i went there with my wife to see the lady doctor, sorry but the doctor was so un professional, that i cannot explain here, they ask her to do a test show them, but they never said that the result will take 3 hours, once we did the test the doctor left, and Dr, said when the report comes show it to the labour room for the result,What ??? and they let me pay 110 AED, even after insurance, i saw there were other patients also arguing with the Insurance counter since they were not informing us clearly, when i ask them the manager said, even if ur a VIP or a LOCAL u have to pay, i told them to mind your language and speak to me in a proper manner, anyways i paid them and went next day to see the Dr.she was later 2 hours and nobody is informing us, we had 7 patients with appointment.one staff told us that she is in the ward dealing with other patient, but honestly i saw her she came from outside, and when we ask them they said if u dont like u can take yr money and leave. OMG.

I had an appointment in gynecologist department,everything was nice clean and not expensive,only the dr came after 40 min and consultation lasted only 5 min,she didn,t even look at me normally,she was busy with computer.and another thing i didn,t like the other woman who is doing pre check up was not respectful,,she talked to others about me calling me (IN) what means This in persian,it is not nice.everything else i liked u can visit it.hope u ll have better experience.

I dont know why people here are complaining about this hospital,you all seem to forget that its a public hospital and public hospitals deal with and treat everyone which is why we all have to wait in turn to be treated,there is no fancy private one on one care for patients,its basic care to get you back on your feet,and in depth care if you are really sick but you have to be patient.I have been treated at the Iranian hospital on several occasions and it was brilliant
