Sean FernandesPlease do read this before you even think of visiting. Biggest mistake that we as a couple ever did was visiting Conceive. The so called Dr. never even bothered, looks like the money is rolling in and he doesnt really care. Even through our unsuccessful IVF treatments not once did they call and check if we were fine and not once did they even bother to tell us what could have gone wrong. The nurses are like any you visit in a government hospital in India, they kept asking my wife what treatment she was visiting for. Not once did they bother to read the files and tell us what the procedure is. Very unprofessional. We ended our consultation with the Doctor after 4 attempts and we requested for our files so that we can consult other doctors. On our closing file they mentioned another patients name and prescription and this was signed off by the so called Doctor how professional!!!. The only doctors who the patients can talk with is Dr. Gilbert and Dr. Bassel who make an effort to come and speak to the patients. Pankaj doesnt bother to talk to his patients!!! we never felt the connect with him. We spent almost 100k AED and trust me it feels like a big mistake today. They are the least professional clinic.

Nelo DurraniMr Pankaj is an absolute arrogant and rude Doctor. He does not know how to speak with patients/clients. Complete disregard and extremely inpatient. He was talking to us with food in his mouth!!! Literally, it was a joke- never been to a private clinic with such low customer service. He interrupts you before you can even complete what you were saying. Will never be going back again. I regret even paying for the first consultation appointment! waste of money and time.!
