Najar GiriVery bad service. Its very hard for them to pick up the call and by chance they receive the call, the call receiver dont have any information about the service. They r just transferring calls here and there. Before entering the hospital, I asked the parking attendant about parking n the way he answer me was very rude n as per him there is no parking for hospital patient. In short I love to give only 1 star coz there is no 0 star.

Client 1Dr. Awatif Abdullah is one of the worst pediatrician Ive ever known. Being a pediatrician should have a long patience for the kids. She should be friendly and jolly with the kids. For many times we visited her clinic, I never saw her smiling. She is always serious and in bad mood. I understand that sometimes shes pressured or stressed but she should not pass it on with her clients. We are only visiting her because from the very beginning, shes doing the vaccination of my son and I thought that because she has the record of my son since birth, we thought that its better to continue with her. However, our last visit was very unacceptable. Shes so rude knowing that shes late with our appointment and we have waited for 40 mins. from appointment time. When shes checking up my sons throat, shes shouting to my son to open his mouth. Of course, kids are normally afraid seeing doctors. Then while we are waiting for the prescription, my son is playing and she is irritable. She asked us to take my son out of her room and she said it twice while shouting. As a mother, I was hurt that shes treating my son in that way and as a pediatrician, she should understand that kids are playful. Instead that she should help us and not to worry with what is happening to my sons health, she instead ruined our day. We will never visit her clinic anymore!

Murthy VenkatYesterday (Oct 14,2016) my roommate met breathing difficult problem. We all are together going to Belhoul Hospital admitted emergency ward after 12.30 AM. The night shift nurses & doctor all care of my friend and given emergency treatment. We happy with your treatment at the timing... Thanks to Belhoul Hospital Nurses & Doctors.

Artemis DoctorI have gone with Sept 2015 surgery with Gallstone and I found Belhoul Speciality, Al Baraha as among the best hospital in the UAE. If dated last year my rate will be perfect 5. The Gastroenterologist doctor Dr. Raid (Gall bladder) is great, very approachable, explain well, very caring and professional. I am perfect with my health issue after the surgery. Facility is great, nurses are fast and caring, rooms are fine, very clean. Hence, in Dec 2016 I have WORST experience with the hospital’s only UROLOGY DOCTOR (Kidney) who I found very RUDE, ILL-TEMPERED, SARCASTIC. I was advised to do uteroscopy which I have opted to go through because my distrust to the same doctor (who also happen to be the surgeon kidney problems). It was the worst experience among any doctor I met. I thought I will feel better but after each meet-up I am worsen. I know that the 3rd meeting/check-up will be my LAST on this hospital. I only wasted time, money of visiting Dr. Dawood - Urology doctor. With the experience, I have gone to the NEXT HOSPITAL which I found professional,approachable, trustworthy and treated me with care as a patient. They also help me pass the kidney stone to urine without any surgery. I never visited Belhoul hospital ever again from the WORST experience.

Kai Khan MangIts my first time in Belhoul Speciality its not perfect hospital for me.... I check with DR lata firstly hospital doesnt have Equipment ...or els. They appointments for Radiological department for next 3 day after result for 3day after next appointment for Dr next 3day i couldnt believe how long does take to check my health problem....I been checked in Al Noor Hospital once but its very nice experience they have everything only one day service you can see ur Ultrasound not like Belhoul... Omg i am thinking am i chosen wrong hospital...

She is a very good doctor with in depth knowledge about her subject. There was not a single time when we approached her for any health issues and it was not resolved immediately with right diagnosis and advice. She is a life saver. Her motherly care put me at ease throughout my pre natal and post natal journeys. Thanks to Belhoul for providing such an outstanding resource. We also would like to thank the team of sisters who were always there for us 24x7 during our stay in Belhoul. They were always there just one ring away no matter the time was. Their exuberant smile, sweet behavior, tireless efforts to get me better, care for our baby really made us very comfortable. Thanks again to all of you and the hospital management for excellent resources and services.

Mohammad OthmanDr. Fadel Fouad Gendy PhD, MD Neurosurgery Specialist Neurosurgeon very good doctor, very well educated, know his job well, he did a back surgery for me on 13/sep/2015, I was so scared to do it, with the way he talk to me and convenience me to make it after seeing almost all doctors in dubai. Nurses are super friendly. Cleanliness of the hospital is very good. Parking provided.

I being an Indian thought she would understand me well and treat me good but instead she turned out to be really rude and short tempered. My 2 visits with her were a complete waste of time and money. . I had come in the mid of my pregnancy and so she was really fed up and maybe she could not handle it but what are doctors for then. I cannot trust on her with my pregnancy. Iv had enough of her arrogance and will not tolerate for anymore. She also was not happy to treat me with my insurance and its approvals inspite of the hospital accepting insurances. We have decided to change the hospital only because of this arrogant woman. I dont have any good reviews about Dr Latas behaviour.

Khaja TajuddinI sister of Khaja Tajuddin had a good experience during my laparoscopy of gall bladder under the supervision of Dr.Raid. Staff and nurses were also very helpful during my treatment.
