Rami SalaméOur experience with the maternity ward was very good. The midwives were kind and considerate. The staff were helpful and unintrusive. Everyone from the valet to the nurse attending to our newborn, very professional and attentive.

Islam AYadI delivered my first child in the usa and my Second child at al garhoud. Would I go back to al garhoud. ..? Absolutely! Amazing, amazing, service. Dr Nadia is second to none and one of the best doctors. Also, during delivery, I had the best care. Dr Nadia was very attentive and there was another dr whom I didnt know, dr Farida, who always came to check on me and make sure I was ok. The hospital has excellent facilities. I couldnt recommend the hospital or Drs Nadia and Farida enough. They were Very attentive, during my labor and post delivery. Amazing hospital and even more amazing staff. My daughter us now 5 months.

Mai MuhammadI came with my daughter she is 4 yrs vomiting at 1 am the nurse took me to the pediatric ward immediately after filling the form in the reception. But she met me with a big yuan.. Then in the ward she took the hight and weight of my child .. I waited for 20 mins till the doc arrived.. She was about to prescribe the shot she got a call from the emergency room and she rushed to there .. I stayed at her room from 1:20 until 2:45 after I kept asking the nurse to try to call her and just get the shot dose so at least she can give her the shot then it finally happened . Now I have to wait for the doc again to prescribe the medicines but she never showed up and again she sent to medicines prescription at 3:49 am. I understand there might be a critical medical issues in the emergency but I strongly advise to put on duty more than one doc at night shift .

Mostafa AttiaOne of the worst hospital experience you could ever face! I went there with my wife who is pregnant in her last weeks. we saw "doctor" Maysoon Fahd for the first time as replacement to our doctor who happened to have her vacation on the expected delivery date im shocked by the attitude that this doctor showed. she let us feel guilty for not choosing her from the preganacy first weeks. she showed unprofessional attitude, asked to go to another hospital, dealt with my wife question in very bad way and said she "cant take the responsibility for our case" !! This is the most weird and worst attitude i ever faced with any doctor We left her office with my wife totally feeling down and i asked to the receptionist to call the management to esclate this. They called the PR agent who asked us to file complaint which i did and asked her to meet some official from the management which she refused I insisted on my request and HERE ANOTHER SHOCK Another PR agent showed, she started to speak to me in very nervous tone. i told her i need to meet someone of the management, she said im manager. i asked her about her position which as if i did wrong to her and left me in very unprofessiomal way I insisted more on my request and suddenly showed Dr. Ahmed Ghanem who said he is the manager of the hospital While im telling him the story, The PR agent jumped in and said literaly "he complains our doctor. you can leave the hospital, we have thousands of patients" Unfortunately Dr. Ahmed didnt show any proper action I left the hospital and the decision is not to make it again to this place even if it is the only hospital in the world

anas550مستشفى سيء من ناحية المواعيد والالتزام بالمواعيد المعطاة للمراجعين أكثر من مرة زرناهم ونفس المشكلى تتكرر .... انتظار لما يزيد عن ساعتين عن الموعد المحدد ... والمشكلة ا تقدر تةصل الدكتورة وتتعامل معك بتكبر .... من ناحية غرف العمليات والرعاية أثناء وبعد العمليات .... جيدة جدا ... ممرضات جيدات وتعامل ممتاز ... ونوعية الطعام المقدم جيدة ... متابعة الدكتورة لحالة المريض بعد العملية سيئة جدا ... ما في اهتمام باستفسارات المريض ولا رد على المكالمات ولا المسجات ... الطواريء جيد جدا ... والطاقم في الطواريء جيد

Mohamed BinHaya2015/12/05 جودة المكان جيده لـ جيد جداً لكن السسترات و الاستاف بشكل عام فاشل ، اقصد افشل من الفاشل و بطريقة خياليه ، لدرجة ان لو الحرمه تربي بيحطونها في غرفة العنايه ، و اي عيانه واي خرابيط و الله ازعاج و يوله و الممرضات ولا معبرين حد في غرفة العنايه بعد العمليه و اذا بيدخلون ابو عند بنته او زوجته ما بيفتكرون بالمريضه اللي توها مربيه و شعرها طالع ، اتووووبه ما طايح هذا المستشفى في حياتي أبداً
