Staff should not be in a hurry taking orders over the phone even if they are busy serving other customers. We are also customer (well, minus our physical presence) but we are customers who pays and comply with the minimum order. Next time, there should be somebody assigned to deal with callers so as not to make us feel like we are just buying a 1Dh ice cream cone!
