A decent hotel. But nothing exceptional. Quite basic like the other 5 star hotels. Worth a stay if lodging is not very pricey.

I didnt really stay here. I just go to use their ATM but I find the staff helpful when I had an issue with the machine. I use the toilets sometimes. Ill probably stay here someday.

Not very very exciting but at least it is clean and with ur family u may stay there with no worries, BTW the location of hotel is placed in Deira which is somehow down town city of Dubai , For those who are searching for better place and ease of access , I would like to suggest Gloria Hotel in internet city which is 4 star hotel but from almost all aspects it would be better choice from my point of view.

The Ramadan buffet is good but your Jordanian restaurant manager is rude and impolite, please change him, the same arrogance last year and this year, seriously, the management does not see his uncivilized attitude??? My family will not come until you change him and bring someone with proper customer service experience, not someone with a fish market attitude!!!

The service at Jood Palace is excellent, all the staff we encountered were friendly and courteous and cannot do enough to help. The rooms are large and well equipped and the breakfast buffet very good, many Arabic and Indian options offered. The hotel is a short walk from Al Rigga metro station for easy access to city attractions. We were very happy with our stay here.

Food is amazing, every Tuesday seafood buffet just for 69 or 99 dhs depends about the package you want, every Wednesday bbq night, all kind of meats for 130 dhs, and every friday brunch for 80 dhs, which is 5 different restaurant combined together. The only think is no alcohol, but soft drinks are unlimited.

They got some rules which they dont tell you unless you stay there. Staff in that five star hotel were not as professional as a five start staff should be. I would not recommend this Hotel!

It is a nice hotel and the best part is the apartment it offers for large families. I booked 2 bed rooms apartment. It was a surprise. 2 a separate bedrooms, one living room, one small room and......4 toilet.. ..and very cheap....and...fully furnished...washing machine... dish washer...wonderfull

Great hotel at a great price. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to the metro. The rooms are very spacious and included a nice bathroom and balcony. There was a gym, spa and rooftop pool. The staff are all extremely courteous. I would definitely stay here again!

I was having a wedding on Friday .. There was no experience on how the the team are dealing with emarati wedding .. They were just standing and looking to the people .. We needed to call them on every and each thing that we need them to do.. Even the reception to the invitees wasnt good .. You need to train them Better for such events

الفندق نظيف وقريب جدا من عشقي مطعم صدف، ولكن من أهم عيوبة عدم الاعتماد على السعر عند الحجز من بوكنق، فمثلا تحجز الغرفة 400 درهم المفترض يضاف عليه 10 بالمية خدمة وعشرة بالمية خدمة المدينة للبلدية فيصبح السعر 480، لكن تتفاجأ اذا قدمت للفندق بأن السعر 800 او 750، وعند مناقشتهم لا يوجد مبررات وكأنهم يقولون تبي والا الباب يفوت جمل.
