Samir Al-SaidI have been fitness first client for about a year and had a chance to try probably all of the locations in the country. Fitness first in motor city is located in a very pleasant location and closest to my house which is unfortunate because it has the worst stuff I have ever dealt with. There are couple of points to this argument. 1. "You already paid, deal with it" is something I heard over and over while complaining about the unfair price offer I have received from the sales person of this gym. As a customer paying extra for a premium gym this is not the kind of treatment i expect to receive. Especially that it does demotivate you every time you walk in there to have a work out. 2. Management that is unprofessional. After raising my concerns to higher level of management in motor city gym I had couple of back and forth calls with gyms director who promised to figure out a resolution for my concerns but as expected all the time spent over the phone was an empty talk and one and a half months later still no sign of my concerns being addressed. Which is unpleasant because when I was a member in media city my concern were proactively handled. 3. Cleanliness of the gym. I usually visit the gym late at night and it seems like for customers like me the staff decided that we do not need anyone to clean the showers which is also weird cause when I was a member in fitness first sharjah this wasnt the issue. 4. Sales man sound like they are going to sell you something illegal. This might sound funny but every time I speak with sales representative from fitness first makes me feel like the offer Im receiving is against their policies. Like seriously fitness first in terms of their brand image in my head is associated with spam emails we used to receive back in early 2000s. Like seriously you call this a premium gym?

Robert LoweryGood Gym. Good chain of outlets. Great group classes, in particular TUFF, with excellent instructors and really friendly staff.......2 stars off - considered taking off 3, ONLY because such a high percentage of the class times are SO inconvenient ........would be FANTASTIC if they could run some midweek morning classes earlier .for example starting at 05:30 / 06:00 or no later than 07:00..........cannot understand how anything later can fit for anyone working normal business hours) and later ( e.g 9)....its incredibly frustrating to see a whole host of classes offered across all the fitness first locations on weekday mornings between 08:30 and 11:30 -cant see how this serves 90% of membership-stand The to be corrected on it but the fact classes in evening at often over capacity shows potential for early morning starts....

Gavin ChamberlainWorst customer service in the world! The staff are incompetent, rude and downright mean; but they will gladly take your money and over sell the gym capacity until there isnt a single treadmill or price of equipment left. Too bad google doesnt allow me to give negative stars.

Sho ZoGym itself is nice though the shower cabins are utilised with dark light and also water pressure is too low

elena egorovaIts the worst Fitness First branch in Dubai. The equipment is very old, the sound system is not connected to TVs, so you are watching just pictures. And the manager Mr.Pee is so unprofessional, the way he is helpless to customers in any issue was making me think "why would he even be a manager?", he adds zero value to the members. It was my last visit there today, I would never ever visit again that branch! And I suggest not to go there if you have a choice of other branches. I really could feel the difference with the Media city or Barsha branch, where I usually work out.
