Decent selection of hardware but the staff is not very knowledgeable at all. What’s worse is that when you ask them a question, instead of saying they don’t know, they’ll try and make up an answer that is completely wrong. When you’re dealing in hardware and power tools, you really need trained staff.

I called the store and they picked up right away. I was looking for something in specific and the person working there checked all of the stores, so I knew where else I could find what I was looking for. Only sort of problem I always have with ACE is that they are never completely stocked, especially with popular items being purchased.

Always have basic things out of stock, never answer phones, no one calls back when taking enquiries of when stock will eventually come in. Very very over priced especially on powertools even to the extent that their prices are double that of the local building shops in town.

Under one roof you can find every hardware you need. Knowledgeable and friendly staffs. Trustable supplier because they have good return policy!

Disgusting customer service. The staff never wants to pick the phones, PRODUCTS are never re-stocked on time. Lazyy philipino staff. Even their online click and collect doesnt function.

The parking entrance is a bit hard to maneuver, but the branch is huge and you can find almost anything. Knowledgable and helpful staff. Theres almost always something on a bargain/offer there.

Good branch of Ace hardware. Its entrance for the parking is very narrow and chance that you scratch your vehicles rims are high. Other than the parking entrance its a typical Ace store with all kinda of items you need. But bare in mind that prices are a bit of the high side with nothing extra or special to convince you to buy from them. Excellent shop.
