Nathan StroombergI had very high hopes, what I got was a socially awkward waiter who was incapable of giving a single drink refill taking half an hour for a drink, I had already finished my meal by the time I got it, then I was told they had run out of the burger I ordered and my friends side of onion rings ran out, when we recived the burgers two were wrong and one had the wrong side, a compleate joke of a restaurant. Dont recommend

Mohammed UddinThis chain isnt what it used to be when they were almost exclusively the only gourmet burger restaurant. In this visit the burgers were dry to the taste, buns were also dry and oversized for the patty. Fillings in the burger tasted a little bland. Service was a hurried affair. Seating faces out onto one of the exits from the mall so theres constant traffic of people. Many other burger options available. Wont be returning soon.

Valerie SchaferWow, too bad zero stars isnt a choice. This place used to be good. I always order from Foodonclick and last time GBK forgot my order, so it was an hour and a half before I got it. Tonight, I asked for no tomatoes and mayo and add caramelized onions. Didnt get any of that right. Beware if you order online,they make extra money because you cant select the cheese for the cheeseburger without adding 5 aed to your order - even though the cheese is included. And I examined my burger carefully. I didnt get extra cheese.

Rodrigo PEREZ-VEGASize of burgers are slightly larger than the UK ones, service was quick and there is free refill in soft drinks. Flavour wise is different but not bad.

Avinash PaiThe burgers are of average quality. The sides are the same. They have an option to have aged cheddar on the burger but did not taste like it at all. It lacked the punch. The hei-hei salt had hardened up and wasnt flowing out of the shaker. The home-slaw was terrible and had gone bitter. I mentioned this at the end while paying the bill and all i heard from the waitress was ok. There was not even an apology. Dont think ill ever go back here again. There is nothing gourmet about these burgers.

Kui MWe visited GBK Dubai Marina Mall for the first time on 19th Dec 2015 as we live in the area. We wanted to try it for the first time based on the reviews we read online. Unfortunately, the service was appalling. We placed our orders of bunless Salmon Burger with a side dish of Sweet Potato fries, and Avocado/Bacon Burger meal; 30 minutes later the food had not arrived and we were informed that it’s the salmon that was taking long to cook; What was interesting was that other guests who came after us had already been served their meals; An hour later, the food had still not arrived; The waiter kept telling us to ‘wait’; We then stood up to leave at which time the manager came over to apologise but there was no reason given as to why the order had taken over at hour, and why upto that stage the food still wasn’t ready; We left the store and suffice it to say, we shall not be returning; What a bad experience for first timers!!! Bad service overall!!
