Geeta NayarIve been coming here for over 3 years after having had some disappointing experiences in Dubai. Rami is a professional and it shows in his well trained and courteous staff, his ability to listen carefully to his clients needs, his excellent advice and suggestions. Im always amazed at the way he transforms my frizzy and difficult hair into a style thats attractive and easy to maintain. I would highly recommend this salon to any newcomer. Dont waste your time searching as I did.

But the highlight, the amazing change that the hairstylist did, Fadi, changing my whole appearance, and making me look like out of a box :). The most trust worthy salon, 6 years Ive only did my hair back home, because I didnt have the confidence, but now i must say they won me as a faithful customer and friend :). Thank you!! Raquel RSo this is what I would say about the salon. I truly believe they are good at what they do but my experience was 50/50. The guy was friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about. The only thing is that the salon was understaffed that day and as a result my haircut took about 10 minutes with little care... and it was boom onto the next client who was asking to be seen to. It wasnt a disaster still turned out OK but definitely not the best. What I would suggest to anyone going is that if you feel youre not getting 100% straight away just ask to re-book for another time. I left feeling somewhat unsatisfied with my haircut which is always disappointing when you come in looking for something more with high expectations based on past experiences.

The hairdressers are all extremely professional and will always take care of your needs to please you with the sought results. They will take time to listen and assist and advise as necessary. I have had such a great experience here, my hair was dry and very damaged from previously coloring and treatments done elsewhere, but they managed to transform it with the anti frizz treatment they offered here, as well as the beautiful cut and colour. Sach RamchandaniI wish there was a zero star option. My wife just called me on the phone upset as hell. She said the stylist was most unprofessional. Keep pulling at her hair outward to the directions he rolled it in. She asked him for something but just because he cared more for the other clients that rushed through her hair half heartedly and she didnt even get half way what she asked for. Even the lady who sweeps the hair of the floor noticed and asked the stylist what he was doing. So probably the stylist in mention is another than the proprietor. But though his recognition others get Scot free with doing whatever the hell they choose. Terrible terrible salon

A bit more expensive of the other places I tried before but its worth every single dirhams, going out of the shop happy is whats important for me. kiran sahniI wanted a balayage color, even showed a video to Aamir(the hair stylist) by Mounir, a famous hair artist from Beirut, I was informed my hair would be bleached. All in all, I ended up with a weird global color instead of a balayage with heavy damage. If you want a natural looking ombre or balayage style, this is NOT the place to go. Even worse, after I told them that its not at all what I wanted, Rami Jabali, the owner tried to convince me how balayage couldnt be done on my hair (wonder why they didnt inform me about that in the beginning) and how beautiful I look now than before etc. Very sad. I really had high hopes from this salon and I am more than disappointed. I was charged 1800 dirhams for this global looking color (they still charged me for a balayage) They didnt give us a bill and if I go on their website, it shows 850 dirhams is the price for my hair length which is long. I would never go back again and would never recommend it to anyone.

I was getting there waxing, mani/pedi, haircut. But they never provide discount. Never! Come on guys! We are in Dubai. Clients birthday, New Year, happy hours and presents can be. And Valet parking. If you stay even only for mani/pedi you will pay 20 AED (10 every hour).
