Benedetta BonoHorrible experience. They have one hairdresser..she did my extensions and they all fell out 3 days later. She told me she would refund me my money and also told me she was the owner of the salon. I show up with 90% of my extensions in a bag (still had a few pieces barely hanging on my head) and she tells me she spoke with her manager and she can not refund my money. Later she said she was the manager..so she lied about being the owner and the manager. Long story short, the owner showed up to speak with me as it became a screaming match between me and the hairdresser for all her lies!! He showed up and refused to tell me which brand of hair extensions they use..which is SO bizarre because ALL salons give you this information. I asked them to bring out the packaging and it was blank, no name on it, nothing! Only leading me to believe that they have something to hide. They were able to refund me half of my money but I lost out on even more as I have to go to another salon and pay for a whole new set of hair. I feel robbed and tricked! She also stated that because we did a hair treatment, that was the reason why they fell out but I had specifically asked her PRIOR to my appointment if it was alright to put the hair in right after a treatment and when I told her she must be inexperienced for not knowing that she then changed her story claiming that I am the only person who has had hair extensions put in after a treatment who has experienced them falling out.. so if that is the case then my claim of the hair being bad is correct. I made the side by side match and the hair is absolute garbage!! Her story is a flip flop. I am writing this long message so that no other woman experiences sitting at a restaurant and having piece after piece just dangle off and having to put the hair in your purse so nobody sees. What a waste of time and money!!!! NEVER AGAIN!! They have been open only 4 months and at this rate, I dont see them lasting long.
