S SsI am an international competitive bodybuilding athlete and have been a loyal client of Diva for more than 3 years.The only reason I keep coming back to your salon is ofcourse to experience the excellent service of your quality therapists who do an excellent job with nail and skin services. However your front office staff is in dire need some customer care skills .The receptionist had given me a hard time the other day which was an absolute unpleasant experience for me.She could not handle a simple situation as I gather she lacked knowledge on the recent changes with the good living membership. I had spent 5 hours in the salon the same day and wasnt once asked for a feedback about the services by the new manager whilst checking on other clients. In the last 3 years not once did I have any complaints about your staff but this is unprofessional. Its imperative to have knowledgeable & customer friendly staff at the front desk to have clients coming back.

Mrs Sn0bbyI have been in this salon looong time back but i couldnt forget my horrible experience.. it wasnt busy but no one but one bothered to attend to me. And this one person was not even the one who provide the service i need. I came for a shellac and and end up just getting a removal of the previous shellac i habe ( different salon) by a person who is not even a manicurist. The others are just busy walking back and forth for whatever. Is there a zero star?

Резеда СибгатуллинаHavent tried anything but shellac manicure yet, but very satisfied with the quality and service. Located in Barsha heights, easy to find, big, clean and lit salon. The quality and endurance of manicure - the best I had in Dubai so far.

Angelia TaylorI am new to this salon and very happy to have her for my hair touch up and cut. She listened carefully what I want started working on my hair. I don’t know how she matched my current hair color because I had never been to her before. My hair now looks more rich and shiner. I will definitely start visiting her regularly.

Kristina KamenarovaVery good service by the personnel but the woman at reception with nasty accent is super b...., I went with wet hair for waxing and blow dry, at the end she said theres no time for blow dry and i had to leave with wet hair again, but they accepted me in the beginning.
