Tareq Ismailthis is the worst gym i have ever been to in my entire life , the AC is not working all the time , they are deducting extra money from my credit card , and when you ask to get refunded they dont do it, dont ever give them your credit card details or sign on any authorization letter ,worst customer service ever .

Bader Al-AmoudiI have joined UFC and payed for a month, the second day I have called them telling them I had an accident and will continue to complete my subscription the day I finish my therapy. Putting in mind I did not attended a single day. Furthermore, they have agreed. So, when I came back trying to rejoin they were like: "we are sorry, we cant rejoin you again", you therefore have to pay the full amount. This is probably the most unprofessional gym in dubai. Highly unrecommended.
