The rudest customer service ever! They seem not to want more members. No communication skills over the phone at all, keep interrupting, not wanting to listen, extremely rude and above all standoffish. U need to understand that this is Dubai, and there are plenty of nice gyms with polite staff...

Best Trainers Ive ever seen. Every one is very friendly, and the amenities are really good. Also its open as early as 5:30 am, perfect for a morning workout ^_^
