mustafa ahmedDose not even deserve a star. worst gym in UAE nothing seems to work at all times, light bulbs broken for over 2 month, disgusting and dirty shower rooms, broken lockers, trainers with clients wont even put weights back to its place, always stinks, no tissues in bathrooms, 2 benches in the stinky room to serve the whole gym users in locker room, most bars and dumbbells are not tied properly and no key to tighten them by yourself, very unfriendly environment to work out, no proper space for classes, clients of personal trainers comes first when it comes to using machines, parking isnt free as they claim, false promises all the way, worst management, towel are old/over used/dirty, payments are usually irregular, payments are still taken even after you cancel, run by a gang that looks for money and numbers no respect for the members and after all wont let you claim for your deposit. this place is a mess a stinky noisy disgusting mess, find another gym contact me if you need any recommendations other than "fitness 360" AVOID BY ALL MEANS.

Abed A*RATE IS ZERO STARS* Super careless managment, very unprofessional as well. Zero safety factor, no maintenance done to equipment (even when asked to by clients). Not very friendly managment. Dirty toilets and shower boxes. Smelly gym always !! I strongly DO NOT advise any person to join this ugly gym.

Beishembieva AigulNo quality control. From best to worst. From frequently not working entry gate, running tracks, No music to schedule mistakes. Go for other gym.

JadorClean lockers and showers. Great number of machines available and classes offered to members. Location is in Mazaya Centre with free Parking for first 2hours. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Reem SawanI dont recommend anyone to register in this gym , Just now i left from mazaya center branch after meeting jenny the lady responsible for registration she is the worst , and this gym is the worst to register in they are a big liers they gave me a price and after 1 minutes exactly they changed it just because i told them i will register tomorrow not today i cant beleive the way they treat people !

Chritos Mamasi have been using the gym for about 6 months. I have spend over 10k and i can not have a proper wifi connection. It is a joke and shows how the management does not care about the services they provide. Also, during the summer months the water on the very pool maintained showers is from very hot to boiling. I have not come across to any gym in the world that does not have room temperature water for taking a shower. Have mentioned several times to the reception with the answer that "some other ppl have made the same complain Sir". For the above reasons i would search for a new place to exercise.

John GreendeerAlthough the equipment is nice, the staff and management is not. I had a membership in this gym, and decided to try their personal trainer service, which turned out to be of bad quality. I asked for a refund on the personal trainer service or at least to convert it to extended membership and they refused. Their manager even refused to talk to me.
