This establishment has absolutely no shame. I visited their facilities in 2013 when they first opened in J3 Mall and made the HORRIBLE MISTAKE of giving them my mobile number whilst availing a free trial period. Nearly 3.5 years later and despite numerous requests to stop calling nay HARRASSING me, I still receive calls on a daily basis. I even hang up or decline to answer but these people have no shame and will keep calling you back nonstop. I have written numerous emails, spoken to the head corporate office, spoke to so-called "managers" and yet still get these coldcall style phone calls. I finally blocked their number through Etisalat and guess what? They started calling me from mobile numbers. My next step will be to file a complaint with the Chamber of Commerce "Know your rights" section.
