Michael CruzI went there to give it a try since its really close to where I live. I was happy they gave me a 1 day pass over the phone but as soon as I reached, I noticed how unfriendly the reception is. Nobody was smiling or interested to assist a new customer. They didnt even bother to tell me what facilities they have or what they offer. They just gave me a wrist band to enter the gym and thats it! Nobody bothered showing me around or explain anything! Even on the gym, no staff bothered assisting me at all. It was a great place, good equipment too. However staff are unfriendly and quite rude to be honest. What a shame! Would have been a great place minus the pathetic staff.

Roberto IssaThe best gym Ive been to, a huge variety of equipments to use, tackling every muscle in your body, and several of the machines. This gym has an Olympic size pool! Mixed Martial Arts as well as gymnastics. By far the best.

Richard PearsonWhat an amazing facility. The gym is one of the best equip I have ever seen. Music is well balanced and not to loud. Not that this matters if you are locked in your own zone with headphones. Food places are also good with hi speed wifi.

ShudrakaAs many reviews highlight over here the major negative aspect of this place is their incompetent and unwelcoming staff (from Receptionist to the so called “coaches”). Definitely a “no go” place to enroll your kids, staff has pathetic attitude towards kids. Such a shame that this sort of a place with good infrastructure is run by an incompetent bunch.

stefano resiBest gym in dubai. Great trainers expecially the yoga section. Well maintained and organized. Just 2 glitches on my side: (A) Locker room too small and without sauna. (B) Its still too pricey... ;-)

Davide CapponiOutstanding swimming pool. If you want to swim or train alone, you might need to go during "quite hours", since it might be very busy and crowded with courses and classes, leaving only one or two lanes open for swimmers. Nice parking lot right in front of the facility.

Maxim TrofilovAwful registration experience at reception: - last receptionist said that registration is available from 5 yo, and current ones were convincing that it was from 7 yo. It took time and effort to prove them wrong - the access wrist band that took later 15 sec to register in the system didnt work for one hour and receptionist were bshting that it takes time - receptionists were telling that you cant start on the same day with registration w no reason. Again took time to prove the opposite - receptionists didnt even TRY to accompany a new child to the place of training and to the coach - when it came time to pay a new NEVER mentioned before joining fee of 200 !!! aed was requested. You dont get anything in exchange - NOTHING! - during assessment the coach said that the child does not need to bring anything. After the first session the coach "recommended" to buy own equipment - two weeks earlier another receptionist said to come next week and forgot to mention that it was a vacation week for FR. We came to kiss the door and left. After this terrible "welcome" service remains to see how strong they are in sports and in coaching.
