Its alright, the furniture looks dated from 60s. The bath tube is too high to get in and out from, and I am 510". The bed was hard, pillows not "puffy" enough and temperature never went below 21ºC in the room and was uncomfortable to try to sleep at night. Served only non- alcoholic drinks only. Only had one US electric plug. If your a member of Hilton Honors and want to be near the mall, I would suggest Gardens Inn Hilton. But room service, customer service and laundry service was great.

Room quality is excellent food also very tasty specially the housekeeping team made my stay memorable. They are well trained and ready for random helpful act. I want to mention Shameel and Sujil They where very with us during check-in and asked me about my room and what I need. I found Narayanan sincere and helpful. Restaurant food was awesome all the staffs were very professional.

Loved the customer service. They were so friendly. Breakfast was good. Bathroom excellent. I just didnt like that there were little stains on the carpet and on one of the chairs in the room. Aside that the room was cozy!

Terrible service at management level (as well as Yeva at front desk who terminated a call on my wife who called for help with the internet connection and then laughed in our face when we came to speak to her about it). Food is well below expected standards (the hotel is NOT cheap). The breakfast buffet is repeated every single day (rubbish if you are there for more than two days). The lunch and dinner are not buffets and they also never change. We checked into a 2 bedroom apartment which had dirt in the bath tub from previous guests. What made it worse is that the dirt was removable, as proven after we had to beg for someone to come and clean the room. There is no guest relation manager, which makes dealing with any issues you may have extremely challenging and frustrating when you are on holiday. The front desk manager was reluctant to remedy our many issues (too many to list here) by simply offering us a menu which is reserved for paying restaurant guests as opposed to those staying at the hotel. Once he eventually did we quickly realised that even that menu wasnt at the standard of a 4 star hotel. Despite our terrible experience at this hotel, there are few people who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasurable as they could in the difficult environment set by the management. Ahmed & Amira - Waiters at dinner time The concierge and room maintenance staff in general were also very helpful. My advice is simple. Dont stay at this hotel.

Very good overall experience, we stayed in an apartment, which was well fitted and furnished. Took some time to get onto the "Free" Hotel WiFi, which was actually accidentally ended up paying for, with no warning! But the staff helped us sort this and not get charged.

The hotel is location is walking distance from the Mall of the Emirates, like 15 minutes walk. Rooms are very unpredictable. I was told that I was given an upgrade but the room was terrible. The AC was pointed on my head in bed and the light from the corridor was right on my face as the room was a corner room. Had much better experience in this hotel than this last one.

Excellent hotel situated 5 minute walk away from Mall of Emirates and 10 minutes from the Metro. Quiet and peaceful with great hotel staff. Rooms are nice comfortable and large. Not much of a view but you wont need that in Dubai if you are on vacation will be sight seeing any ways. The fully service apartments are great and per Dubai prices, reasonable especially if you are an HHonors member.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, with great service from everyone who works there. Im American, and to be honest, I never receive this type of service in the United States.My room was beautiful and clean, and each person at the hotel always greeted me with a smile. I already miss this hotel and the memories of Dubai. I cannot wait to visit again!

Stayed in on the Dubai part of our honeymoon. It was faultless to be honest. It is a quick 2 minute walk to the Mall Of The Emirates and they will always get you a taxi when you want one. Taxi is cheap.

We have stayed for 5 days. I will never suggest to stay in this hotel. The reasons follows. Rooms are not so clean and very bad smelling. Within 5 days they never changed my bed. Personel are not good enought, especially those who came from Ukrane, Russia. Sometimes even aggresive. Wi-fi internet in rooms are chargable and not included in the price. And again I will never forget that horrible smell in the rooms. You shoul do something with that.

Enjoyed my birthday (27/07/14) at Bistro restaurant which has a silent ambiance, started with a healthy and tasty cake prepared specially by one of the chefs, followed by an amazing continental style fish prepared by Chef Vikram, I would say he is the connoisseur of continental preparation, by far the best!!!!!
