    CrossFit Sands is an absolutely great place! During my 3 month stay in Dubai, I attended this gym 3-4 times a week. The equipment, location, and quality is unmatched! The gym is always tidy, the equipment is always in great shape, and the people are all very friendly. Would strongly reccomend this gym to anybody in Dubai. 5/5 stars.

    I dropped in to Crossfit Sands earlier as an international drop in. The coaches and members couldnt have been welcoming. I have been lucky enough to travel extensively and fit in my Crossfit where ever I am. This has to be one of the better boxes based on size, equipment, coaches and members . Also Santa has just dropped off 8 assault bikes....cant wait to return. Thanks once again to Cyrus and his great team

This place not only has all the equipment you need to be fit, it also provides the the classes you need to gain the knowledge necessary to live the lifestyle youve always wanted. I attended Cyrus 12 week Nutrition camp and have seen the results Ive always dreamed of. I feel the best I ever have. Thank you @crossfit_sands

    A welcoming CrossFit box (gym) with great coaches and top end equipment. Owned and run by a great CF coach called Cyrus, an ex-Royal Marine hes not only a great CF coach but also an expert on Nutrition. He runs a 12 week Programme tailored to your needs, Ive been on that Programme and over 9 months Ive lost 27kgs and 10% Body Fat. CF Sands is a very friendly place everyone is so supportive its a fantastic community I cant rate this place more highly. No matter what your fitness levels they will scale the training to suit you.
