Faiza Iqbalstayed in this guest house a week ago. Booked it after going over all the reviews. Not sure why this guest house got such good reviews. Hotel decor is beautiful.Room was clean. However the bathroom was nasty. I uploaded some pics of the bathroom. Bathroom was moldy. Some part of the ceiling was almost falling. Oh did i mention mold caulking. Very noisy area in the old part of Dubai. Yes, it is close to gold souk. But that was it. I had to deal with 3 staff. the morning staff was ok. Adeel who worked most of the night during our stay was amazing. He should be the manager for this place. He was very helpful and polite. And then there was Reza, who almost caused us our dune bashing tour which was booked seven months ago. He was rude, unprofessional. This Guest house also advertised that they had a cafe which provided lunch and dinner option, but in reality no cafe, no lunch and dinner. Breakfast was mediocre. Would not suggest this guest house. I am giving one star to this Guest house only for Adeel.
