Irma MalikI went for renewal of my car registration, week back, to Al Barsha tasjeel. While waiting for my turn met a very friendly young man (looked local) who offered to assist and helped to get my registration done on priority basis. I was highly impressed by the customer service provided by this gentleman, who I latter found out was the Tasjeel Manager (Mr. Mohamed Ali). Wish him all the success and hats off to RTA Dubai for hiring such exceptional employees.

Karan CastelinoSharjah Tasjeel has a much better experience. Here the testing staff ask you to wait in the 45 degrees Celsius heat while they take 15 minutes to get the car out or the test bay. All this just so you should park your car yourself, so that they do not have to do it. That is quite mean!

logic22xVery much organized RTA office to register, sell and buy a car. Some of insurance company have counter over there, so easily you can get insurance for your vehicle before registration. If you already passed your car and you have paper in hand you dont need to bring car for registration or buy/sell. Timing is from 7:00am till 12:00 midnight!

Hence, one i reslized, I had to get a new one! If it wouldnt be fir that guy it would have been quite smooth and fast!
