Muna AslamHad a really good experience in this clinic. The staff were professional in handling patients in terms of directing you were to go and what you have to do. Nurses were nice and professional and so were the doctors. The facilities are well kept and clean. Free wi-fi is also available. There is parking available in front of the clinic however it does get crowded during peak hours. Although there are a lot of parking spots across the street.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Riyaz and his Nurse Ms.Bency Dr. Riyaz is very experience doctor and have very strong knowledge. The moment he listen to symptoms he would catch up the exact problem and reach to the root cause. He consistently answers all my questions and win the confidence of the patients. Nurse Bency is very supportive. she help me in getting approval on time, Sending reports to my email and most of the time she goes extra mile for her patient with on demand approval, fast and urgent lab services. I am really thankful to Dr. Riyaz and Bency. Now coming to reception and other staff. they are really good and very helpful and cooperative. Shubha PillaiI am Dr.pragatis patient since january 2013 and was not able to conceive due to some medical condition but she supported me that time and soon conceive normally and now I am a mother of two beautiful angels, i and my husband were so comfortable that i suggest my friends and family members to consult her. My second baby was delivered here in PRIME hospital and from the theatre she was making me feel comfortable by playing my favourite music during my c section and also supporting always during pregnancy and post delivery,the nurses and front office in clinic and hospital as well are also supportive and caring.i would suggest everyone to consult my doctor as because of her care and support we are blessed to have two angels with us thanks and hats off to this great doctor.

Carolyn PintoI thank God for Dr. Pragathi Grover who helped me to conceive my 2nd child after 10years of long gap. She advised me to do all the tests / scans /ultrasound which was necessary to do as I had infertility issues and required medical assistance for conceiving.She is truly exceptional doctor. I received good care from Dr. Pragathi Grover. Any time I had to call her even her busy schedule she would return my call . Though I dont understand the medical terms yet she explained to me in detail by a drawing picture etc... Dr. Pragathi Grover is friendly and very helpful. I would strongly recommend Dr. Pragathi Grover to any family or friend without hesitation if anyone is looking for OB-Gyn. She is the best doctor for infertility patients as well as PCOD patients- which I ever experienced as one of my friend was unable to conceive she was under treatment from 4years with other doctor yet nothing happened, she was absolutely hopeless and discouraged situation and when I introduced to Dr. Pragathi within a period of 4months time by God’s grace and the help of Dr. Pragathi she conceived and advised her to take some precautions during her pregnancy . last 3months back she delivered for blessed baby boy . Thank God once again for Dr. Pragathi Grover.

John Winston ViloriaDr. Pragati for me is one of the best and reliable OB-Gyn in this region. I can still remember the days when we consulted her way back November 2012 and she just provided an exceptional effort just to conceive my wife. She explained well the process and even show a diaphragm to for us to understand and fortunately we got a positive result for a matter of 2 or 3 months. My wife got pregnant in March 2013. Now we have a beautiful 3 year old daughter. I highly recommend Dr. Pragati for those couple who really want to have baby in short period of time I am so grateful I we have found Dr. Pragati. I also love ENT Dr. Tina for the way she handle her patient and Internal Medicine Dr. Riyaz for his professional skills. They are all In Prime Medical Center in Bur Dubai branch, where all their staff and nurse are proactive and very friendly.

NEIL ZOSIMO Dinapopoor service i dont recommend for maternity..my wife went to obgyn doctor in prime med burdubai, since we are firstimer parents..doctor just ask basic questions,but since we dont what know what to ask.doctor just did nothing to provide us additional helpful information.we went to belhoul hosp.instead .
