Eng LuluWe bought a dining table, a coffee table, side table, nest table, and a buffet. Staff members said that the items that were going to be sent were new but what we got were items that were on display. They were damaged and unfixable. The customer care service was utterly careless as they have no appreciation for the time and effort spent picking those items out. The call center never responds and therefore needs significant improvement. The only solution in their perspective is a refund and this is unprofessional and unacceptable. No investigation was made and they didnt even try to find out how their old products reached our household. Their only solution is to take your money back and go!

Georg BandakBought many expensive couches and sofas from here thinking I got a great deal, less than 8 months later the armrests sink in and the "AUTHENTIC" leather cracks. No warranty, no return, no refund. Nothing. People are better off buying from IKEA or smaller businesses that focus on their customer service.
